F11 only toggles brightness of players & npcs help

Hey,
so I recently reinstalled ffxi and everything fully on a new computer. it's working fine exceptf or one issue: pressing F11 only toggles the brightness of players & npcs (including doors ect) but the environment remains dark.

Any advice, or a setting I missed? Game is wayy too dark during night time in some zones

Disable "Bump Mapping".

Turn off Bump mapping in the FFXIconfig
