My observation referred to behavior on this site, so I'm not sure why your post refers exclusively to off the site.

But true strike.

Man, we have been on two different wave lengths. I mentioned it, because I doubt the most outlandish of conservative or liberal (yes, there are some) posters here conduct themselves the way they do off this site and there's a number of variables, including humor being lost in translation or people imprinting intent on the most benign blurbs in this venue which would not be the same detached from here.

If you had a chance to read the article, the approach is different, there's just more acceptable avenues for more liberal humor, where as, everything is on the table with conservatives. It might be a matter of the atmosphere I was raised in, so subjective, but I've found it to be true.

Or *** me! Whatever. Almost thirty-two years on this planet and I came to terms with my habit of making excuses for people eons ago. IDK. Get one of them to oblige you.

Congress voice voted approval for lethal arm shipments the 21st of September to Ukraine while there has been a cease fire in place.

Cease fire means no shooting or shelling or firing off missiles.

The US backed Ukrainian forces have still been firing off shells and the Russian backed Crimea forces want answers and are to the point of ending the cease fire agreements if it continues.

The US establishment political party organizations do not want peace and are consistently fanning the flame of perpetual global war.

You have to decide, you want weapons but you don't want other people using them. You want to make America great again like in the 1800's but you don't want war. Stop contradicting yourself already!

How am I contradicting myself ? The way your saying that is if i want perpetual global war which is not true at all. Do not assume my wanting a less interventionist nation as a sign of weakness. I run all options on the table to defend my nation's sovereignty not to impose my nation upon any other.

When i am in Obama's position I would not be funding coups and arming proxy army's supporting puppet regiems.

I will not be allowing congress to fund terrorist organizations nor would I allow any domestic or international organization do the same.

I will cut off ties from Saudi Arabia and Isreal.

I will disband the United Nations and unbind the United States of America from any one world international policy that infringes on our Nation's sovereignty or hurts our domestic economy. I believe in a America first and foremost policy.

I will end Central banking practice in the United States and restore a Sound Honest Banking system based off the Constitution and restore monitory policy back to Congress and give my Secretary of Treasury his or her job back. The only thing the current building that reads The Federal Reserve Bank will be able to do is clear checks that citizens normally do there banking with.

I will repeal every unconstitutional executive order and would write a bill to give to congress to repeal the 16th amendment which created the federal income tax. Along with this proposal I would have national broadcasts through television and radio informing the citizens to not pay the federal income tax until the bill is passed and to educate them on there power over our judicial system. As they are the Grand Jury and Jury and I would have a Attorney General who would defend the position of the American people. We must stand up together in our courts. The federal government does not work for us at our job sites working part of our shifts. It does not deserve a single penny from our pay checks.

I will repeal every unconstitutional policy that invades the privacy of US citizens. How are we a free people to be left alone in our lives if a nosy government spies on us without our consent or due process?

This and so much more

*Looks at the UN charter*

Nope, not one country has the ability to disband the UN. It would take half of the member countries (plus the 5 countries with veto power, which is China, France, Russia, UK, and the US, to not use the veto power at all) to dissolve the UN.

You can try to stop funding the UN, you can even attempt to leave it (won't happen), but it's nearly impossible to dissolve it, especially when so many countries depend on the UN for foreign aid.

Nope, there is no banking system "requirement" or anything in the constitution regarding banks. The "Necessary and Proper" Clause doesn't directly refer to banks, just general laws period.

Besides, there's a reason why monitory policy, in regards to what the Federal Reserve does, is not done by Congress. You can make the case to go back to the gold standard, but that would widely limit value and also create hyper-inflation like you wouldn't believe.

But these concepts are too much for you. Proof in this accusation is as follows:

Do you really think that the Federal Reserve would do that? Do you even know what the Federal Reserve does?

But you would have to repeal that bill right away, you just said you will repeal every unconstitutional executive order.

Bills start in the legislative office, not executive. Executive can suggest but they cannot write bills to be voted on. Just by writing the bill, you already overstepped your boundaries of the Constitution.

Siren.Lordgrim said: »

Again, overstepping your boundaries. You cannot tell people to break a law that is still in place. This time, you would be overstepping the Judicial branch.

You would be impeached and removed from office just for doing these two things.

Keep the crazy coming!

You are already countering your own words. You would be insane to believe in these things, and that would could actually get away with it under current law.

You would have to tear up the Constitution just to even attempt the things you want to do.

Crazy is your acceptance of the system of government we have in place right now with these two parties. No worries though you're about the only person i know who is happy with the way things are being run in washington d.c. And that's perfectly ok just letting you know things are going to change.

Does anyone know anything about this? (Fiat-Chrysler investigated for inflating sales in US)

If so, how bad is it(or could get)? Cause anything bad happening to the Agnelli family is a good thing...

Its bad because it's ripping off Americans and the rest of the citizens of the world. This company is not the sole reason of inflation though the security fraud investigation should go further to combat inflation in all aspects of the market place and all leads would lead to The Federal Reserve central bank, the elephant in the room that has broken all the furniture in the house it resides in.

Doesn't seem like anything to get too excited about. Sounds like par-for-the-course book cooking to me.

But I expect global powerhouse corporations to do shady ***. This feels relatively minor, if not basically inconsequential.

Look at it this way: Is anyone who would have already wanted a Jeep, Charger, Challenger, or Dodge Ram going to change their mind due to this news?

Maybe like, two people. On principle.

There will be short term consequences but it's not going to break the company in any fashion, I suspect.

How? According to your theories you are bound to get killed by the Clintons if you try to change things.

Or the police.

Ask the Bundy's dumbass friend about that.

Police? FBI?

I forget which.

My point is, you start trying to raise some sort of dipshit armed revolution and someone in law enforcement is going to put you in your place. And no one will even remember your name in a few months.

Like the Bundys' dipshit friend.

The inflating of sales makes the company look more profitable (and thus, more attractive for stock sales), which is the cause of the security fraud.

Let me give you an example:

Company A (A publicly traded company):

Reported Sales - 2015
(blah blah blah)
Gross Sales - $5,000,000
Gross Profit - $1,000,000
Net Income (to be passed out as dividends) - $50,000

Actual Sales - 2015
Gross Sales - $4,500,000
Gross Profit - $500,000
Net Income/(Loss) - $(450,000)

If you were going by what is reported, you would/should expect some sort of dividend from the stock, which means that people will want to buy the stock, thus driving up the price per share of stock. Since (most PTC structure) the majority of shares are in the hands of a few people, mainly the executives, they could sell their stock to other people knowing that their actual sales is lower than reported, thus selling the stock at a profit with an inflated price.

Next year, when they report actual sales as a "correction," the price per share of stock will go down, but it wouldn't matter to the executives because they already sold their stocks at the inflated prices last year, thus the people who bought the shares at the inflated prices hoping that their investments will increase will get shafted. Executives get away with selling shares at inflated prices and actual investors get shafted.

This is also called the "Bait and Switch" fraud.

Just to let our anti-corporate stooges know, this type of fraud doesn't happen often, but when it does, it makes big news. Which is why those anti-corporate stooges think that it does, even though it really doesn't.

Also, somebody will need to quote me on this so Seha can understand the whole concept as briefly explained.

You haven't given us any clue as to what real changes you are going to make, besides turning policies back to 1776, which will not work in 2016.

Basically, you are advocating a complete governmental structure change. You want to change the form of government we have now (Democracy) into one you want to impose on people (by the looks of it, Monarchy).

I'm not perfectly happy with what we have in DC, but I rather have what we have right now than what you propose. And everyone here knows this: You are not going to be able to change anything at all

More likely to happen.

Securities fraud generally has jail time associated with it.

Just ask Jeffrey Skilling.

Changes in executives are generally a big deal.

Negative annotations of a company, especially investor relations, is also generally a big deal.

If it turns out to be true, this will have lasting ramifications for years to come. If it turns out to be false, it will still have ramifications, but mainly short to medium term.

Remember, just being accused of a crime can lead to the complete destruction of a company, even if they were proven completely and 100% innocent later on.

But they're not going anywhere.

So yes, the (allegedly) crooked execs will (hopefully) get what's coming to them.

But from a consumer point of view, Jeep is still going to be there, it's still going to be an American icon, and it's still going to be overpriced in the greater-than-the-sum-of-its-parts sense.

On that note, I agree. Look at Wendy's and the finger-in-the-Chili schtick.

Meh. Ultimately let's just hope the crooked people get what's coming to them and the honest ones keep (over)charging a reasonable price for their products.

Which, man. Since Fiat bought in and started selling actual Fiats in the Pittsburgh area they've become trendy as ***. I can't go a mile without seeing three of those little shits and being worried I'm going to run them over, and I drive a small truck.
