White pizza normally has: extra-virgin olive oil around the crust. Mix the ricotta cheese with garlic and parsley and season it with salt and black pepper. Spread the ricotta across the dough. Top the pizza with mozzarella or provolone.

Try it with some fresh spinach with the tomato also. Don't get the frozen or canned oversoaked wet crap, get some fresh leaves, run some water over them, make sure to cook them underneath a small layer of cheese so you don't crisp the leaves while cooking...
