I've said this before as well.

I get that we're all like 99% sure that he's hot air, but LG is dangerously close to -- if not technically already over the line* -- of incitement to riot with some of the things he says. Like most people in his mindset, he thinks he's some sort of uberpatriot, but truth be told he's basically a domestic terrorist, albeit one who is essentially all talk.

...I think you've entirely misread Edison's entire situation.

And Tesla wasn't frustrated, he was just too busy unlocking the world of science for the rest of us to bother with the biddies.

The thing is, he is boosting himself mentally to take that next step.

Even by expressing his thoughts on a forum, he is building his ego up and trying to validate his thoughts as what needs to be done.

It's getting worse now, since he (probably sincerely) believes in his own words.

The only way to stop this is to bring him back down to earth and show him that terrorism, genocide, and dictatorship isn't the way to go.

Well, no, he'd have built something better and Apple or Microsoft would have lifted it and sold it as their own, leaving him out of the caper entirely as they make bank.

Apple should change it's name to Iphone it would be more accurate.

But just for kicks, let's assume the following:

1) LG does become President.
2) LG actually survives the first 4 years of his presidency.

Let's consider the events that would take place (again, assuming the above):

1st week: LG would round up all politicians, down to the local levels, and place them under arrest. Their crime? Being politicians. While some in the public may applaud this action, many of us will realize that these people committed no crime, but are being rounded up because they don't agree with LG's brand of thinking. Also, within that same week, he will round up all bankers, executive businessmen/women, wealthy, and foreign citizens (either on government business, like emissaries, or foreign leaders, like businessmen/women) and try them for the "crime" of being successful. Also, let's not forget that he will dissolve the Federal Reserve and arrest everyone associated with that entity also.

1st month: Nearly all of the people caught in the purge will already be tried and found guilty of the crime of existence. America (and the world) will also face a depression that goes beyond the economic destruction of the Great Depression. Because of that, China, North Korea, Russia, most of the EU, nearly all of South and Central America, and even Canada, would have declared war on America, leading to WWIII.

1st year: While the American Military is able to defend against the rest of the world for a time, the lack of funding because of the dead economy starts to take it's toll on the federal government (due to a 99% unemployment rate), which completely defund the military. At this point, we are looking at a coup if it hasn't already happened.

Hell, LG wouldn't even survive the first year, even escaping all assassination attempts from the first 2 weeks alone.

All of us cause problems here in some way, don't throw stones, etc.

Also, while Grim's views and opinions are odd to most people, he's free to have them as long as they don't target another user in a hostile way, keep that in mind.

What if he targets people indirectly?
