I like the fact that the best republicans have on Obama is what he decides to call things.

And the best they have on Hillary is how she sends her emails.

It makes their record look cleaner than they really are.

I have two quick follow up questions.... have you been living under a rock? and is there enough room for all of us to live under there?

I haven't been keeping up with the latest conspiracy theories. What's the word in the right-wing echo chamber these days?

using an e-mail system without proper security, and then releasing 10,000 e-mails to the press some of which have been found to have classified info. not saying for sure she's gonna get indicted, but "how she sends her e-mails." really underscores it.

it's like people who say trump is just, "hamming it up for the publicity and is much better in private.".

I heard Hillary is actually an immortal, shapeshifting succubus. Eva Braun? That was Hillary. Elizabeth Bathory? Hillary. Bonnie Parker? Hillary.

Just like all of her recent predecessors.

The "outrate" is entirely election-driven.

If the republicans didn't accidentally admit that Benghazi was intentionally used to drive down her poll numbers, they'd still be talking about that.

I didn't say it was perfectly awesome that she did it. I'm saying the outrage is way over the top, and that blowing this issue way out of proportion minimizes her other skeletons in the closet. I do have my grievances and Obama and Hillary, but I'd be attacking them from the left, and if you even care about Hillary's emails, you're not going to follow suit.

In the same way the abortion bombers were labeled
Anti-abortion extremists, christian religious fundamentalist, single issue terrorism or "subrevolutionary" terrorism....back in the eighties and nineties with the "army of god" and shitheads like that...which I just realized you may be too young to remember.

Are labels important in the "it all depends on what your definition of "is" is" era of political correctness taken to perplexing levels of mind boggling college campus safe space stupidity?...

no.

A rose by any other name would smell just as rosey and calling it workplace violence or an example of gun control ineffectiveness or a display of radical islamofacist extreme cheese doritos has never brought a single dead person back from the grave.

we like to think that we are important enough to bestow a name onto things and make then so... but nobody else in our galaxy gives a flying ***.

I don't think you're listening. Past republican secretary of states have done the exact same thing, and literally no one cares.

You're just projecting.

case in point at the same time as the "Bill and Monica Show aka it doesn't rise to the level of impeachment without viagra, a saxaphone and donkey show".... Sen. Bob Packwood was was taking a beating from a friend of mine and I put my foot down,

Either they are both disposable *** deserving of our scorn and ridicule or neither are. You can't have it both ways.

Because well let's be real here... Could it not have a psychological effect on Muslims? Making them feel already further isolated in this great nation of ours? Possibly driving them into a corner? Leading them to make bad decisions?

Why don't we focus on the enemy in front of us which already has clear labels and names instead of being so hellbent on alienating groups of people... Or explain to me exactly how saying the words Islamic extremist really makes a difference. Do you really believe saying that will win the war on terror? Or is this just another hateful thing we wish to perpetrate cuz we are pissed off about something...

I don't see how "Islamic extremist" alienates regular Muslims. If anything I think it draws a nice distinction between the people I'm proud to have as friends and coworkers and the murderous lunatics that need to be kept in check.
Do you think it plays out that way? I doubt it does...

You still haven't answered any of the questions I've asked you though... Who does it affect psychologically as you said and how will it win us the war if you use this description?

Would it "win us the war"? I dunno, I'm not psychic.

But labeling and identifying an enemy has sociological effects, as can often be seen in war propaganda. By skirting away from terms like "Islamic extremist", it's basically creating a psychological opening for other types of projection.

That's why you can have a troubled Democrat who glorifies groups like ISIS and Al Qaeda go and shoot up a gay night club, but the real enemy here is Republicans, because something something clip sizes something something guns.

All this illustrates to me is that liberals and democrats think republicans are a bigger threat to them than Isis.

it was a very weird time for me.
