I have been trying to compile a list of gear that enhances phalanx, most notably for RUN, and to a lesser extent, BLU, but I would like to know of any and all equipment that adds to it, for any job. I know with luck Taeon gear can be augmented with phalanx, and I've seen SS's of reisenjima gear being augmented with it as well.
Augments: Taeon, Yorium, all Reisenjima armor with Dark Matter, Weard Mantle
Have it normally: Souveran/+1, Deacon Sword, Egeking, Futhark head/+1, Priwen

This is the best I've gotten from the Dark Matter campaign:
With these, Taeon hands/legs at +3, relic head, a melic torque, and capped JPs/merits, I get 53 damage reduction.

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but for gear with Phalanx+ on it, does that just apply when being cast (as in a sort of "Phalanx potency") or does gear with Phalanx+4 reduce all damage by 4 when it is equipped, like how gear with "Regen +2" just restores 2 HP/tic when the gear is equipped?
