Would 2% haste be worth switching to Dex +4 Acc +3?
i would be going from haste 20% to haste 18%
base acc would be capped acc +8/8 dagger merits, base dex for 75 hume thf +5 dex,
and acc +25.
im wondering if my lil cherry on top of the haste cupcake would be worth eating and putting on the pahl booties.

Not at all, you don't need that Acc, and 2% haste @20% is nice.

On merit mobs you are in the 63%ish acc range w/o food, 285 dagger, +5(on 73) and acc+25, those boots bring you to 65ish +/-, so id say the haste +atk

Based off of general trends I've noticed given the amount of haste you have you'd need a bit more stat-wise to justify the drop. As it is haste works exponentially so when you're dealing with numbers near the gear-cap you're getting much more out of it, being why you'll even see some with Blitz rings if it means capping out.

correct. thats what i have atm. with blau/sirocco its....sick. ive pulled hate off first vokes as soon as we start swinging just cause my daggers look like turbine engines spinning. however, i want to push more towards an acc cap, and with the new body piece and head piece it is possible. the feet i wonder about because i can get them easy, and theyre a good sub for homam until i can get them. but with the exponential haste situation, im not so sure. hoping someone can do the math like melphina on alla ^.^

That set is somewhere around 71.3% Acc, as hume w/o food, which is great w/ 25% haste.
Could possibly replace Rap Harness with Mirke Wardecors w/ DW +3%/Acc or possbile DA/DW just a thought

Sure, it gimps your accuracy horribly but hey, 26% haste! If you've got Dusk Gloves +1 somehow, then drop the helm or neck for turban/pcc. /Shrug. I'm bored. Not like this set would do any good unless your accuracy is over the cap (doubtful for most actually relevant enemies).
Edit: I saw this thread was necro'd, but just in case, to the OP: Use the dusk.

I wish they never made Abducen's helm. I've seen many a thf full time that, regardless of their acc.

If might if you put more acc in there. Like say Cuch mantle. Maybe some augments on stuff. Or at least asa legs with acc. Probably still need sushi though

If you're going for real low Eva mobs, Ire Torque or Ire Torque+1, +6STR/+7STR respectively.

If you're going with dream set ups, you missed Ancient Torque or even Love Torque. Also; If I remember right, I think it was proven that Rajas/7Acc Ring is better than Lava/Kusha. But don't ask for links because I'm not sure. And then if you throw in Rajas along with Brutal, you might as well toss in Skadi Legs as well.
