"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father."
This specifically means that he is a separate entity than God.

And you would be incorrect. They are not three in one. While they might all be deemed holy, they are separate entities. Nowhere in the Bible does it say they are the same.
