You misunderstood me. Once upon a time Jesus came. Four hundred years later Muhammad came and initiated wars in the name of religion where he drastically altered the story of Jesus' life and words and killed anyone whom disagreed with him. As a defensive measure Muhammad's opposition united behind Christianity to defend themselves against Muhammad's holy wars.
Maybe how I made my statement was too strong on behalf of Christianity but.... from all the information I have gathered and read. The only thing that halted Islam's advancement was religion itself. So eventho alot of us today do not believe in Jesus nor religion. We are still free to decide what we choose to believe in unlike Islamic states that kill thier own ppl for not being Muslim or oppress them by taxes or fear.
We live in a totally different world than them in the mideast and that is all thanks to Jesus himself not Muhammad cuz Islam itself offers nothing that you take for granted every single day. Islam is a religion of oppression.
