Unity Wanted Materials

From the recent patch notes:
"Players may now trade unwanted Wanted material drops for Unity accolades."

I tried trading them to multiple wanted npcs as well as the A.M.A.N. Reclaimer and sparks vendor with no luck. Does anyone know how to do this?

Coincidentally you can now BUY wanted materials with accolades. Could this just be a mix up in translation? SE always has tons of typos these days.

I tried the same thing. And wondered the same thing as you.

Same Npcs where you can trade SR gear for 600 pts - it's always the npc close to the RoE NPC in Windurst, Bastok and San d'Oria.
You'll get the same amount of points ... at least for nq gear.

We're talking material trades. Not gear.

Yeah, killing that NM opens up access to buy those materials for 10,000 Accolades/piece.

Yea can't find any npc's that will take unwanted materials. I guess the update notes on SE site is a typo and they should have typed out "equipment"
