LF people willing to convert Chocobucks into Gil
As the title says, I'm looking for people willing to convert Chocobucks into Gil on Asura.
I'll pay you well! Please send me a PM or contact me in game. Thanks for your attention ;-) What does this entail? O_O I'm interested lol
Not sure what you mean there D:
But if you're on asura and willing to part with chocobucks to get gil in return please do get in touch with me! ;-) i no the feeling. Iv been trying to collect chocotrain dcs and rcp tokens for retired birds for many many months on odin.
More after Chocolixirs, but yeah, chocotrains wouldn't be bad either I guess :D
Bismarck sucks! Transfer over to Asura! <3
Building a racing bird now, but I have a First-Class x2, Bore/Burrow Chocobo I use for chocobucks, on Quetz though.
You should transfer to Asura too! Bismarck sucks! :p
Bump!
Anybody on Asura or Cerberus? Is there anything I am missing about chocobo racing that was added recently to give more importance to that forsaken mini game? I haven't seen anybody talk about in years, but looks like some people are still interested in it for some reason.
It unlocks the last attack vorseal (1% attack).
To do so you need to win a series of "mission" races. To win those you need a really good racing Chocobo. To raise one you need 1,5-2 months of daily interactions. During these interactions, to make them efficient and successful, you need many items which are hard to come by nowadays, among which Vomp Carrots and Chocolixirs. You could farm them yourself, but doing that require a good mule with plenty of Gardening pots, and even that requires a lot of time (for the seeds to bloom and be ready to harvest) and dedication. So basically it's a huge grind, and having someone who already has a racing chocobo and plenty of chocobucks = he can spend those chocobucks to buy vomp carrots and chocolixirs for you and get gil in return. Garden furrows in your mog garden is a great way to get vomp carrots.

Ok, thanks for the explanation. That last attack vorseal can die in a fire <.< There is no way I am doing all that chocobo raising crap for months to get that. Ulthakptah said: » Garden furrows in your mog garden is a great way to get vomp carrots. Wouldn't say it's a "great way". Last 3 days with 2 helpers and level 7 furrows I got the huge amount of 2 Vomp Carrots total :D Not particularly efficient, time-wise, but yeah it's one of the possible ways to go :D The best way is to do gardening on a mule or yourself. In 6 days you can get like 20+ carrots.
Don't carrots require over 2 weeks?
When they do they yield a lot though, like 10+ for each pot. No it takes 6 real life days, and you gotta "examine" the pot each day and feed it earth crystal when it lets you. Then at the end of those 6 it lets you harvest and you got a ton.
I missed the "examine every day" part =/
Tnx Draylo then! What's the correct recipe btw? Place Wildegrass Seeds unto wooden flowerpot.
Wait a few days. Trade 1 earth crystal when asked to. Wait some more. Harvest when it gives you the option? In between all of that, "examine" every day? I use Ceramic flowerpot, I get them from NPC standard merchant. Place the max you can in your mog safe, put the wildgrass seeds into mog house and then plant them. Examine them every day until the 3rd? day it will let you place the earth crystal, keep examining them until it says they are ready to harvest.
