Hey im trying to find out why i cant reforge relic but i can do AF sn empy any onne to help me out>

Are you trying to upgrade relic from NQ form ? or +2 ?

You can't reforge Relic to 109 or 119 if you dont have Limbus access.You must be on COP chapter 8 to have access to Al'Taieu.I'm not sure if you need to do limbus at least once before you can augment the gear.

I don't think you need to have completed any actual limbus content. I don't remember having done so and I can reformed relic.

I had to equip a piece of nq relic and talk to the ancient beast coin npc before being able to reforge from the other lady
