Efficient Ways To Farm Sparks For A Returner?

Recently returned player with a friend, starting to farm Sparks for NPCable items, remnants chapters and stuff.

What would you recommend for a steady or fast method? Bearing in mind we don't have tons of 119 gear or anything a few average pieces but mainly abyssea/vw etc items from when we left.

Any aby zone as BLM/SCH gather up and nuke for 500+, making sure you have the deal over 500 damage set.

Not pretty but it generates sparks pretty quickly

black mage stonega'ing ***in abyssea works pretty well. anything that aggros/links works

GEO works pretty well too at AoE'ing.

Lair reives can be pretty good too. They offer exp, sparks, capacity points, JSE cape potential, and gil potential. But the sparks aren't as good as Abyssea AoE'ing.

Try to get in on any capacity parties in the campaign. Set appropriate quests for area mobs, crystals, damage and kills.
Can cap out exp, sparks and unity (in a short amount of time) and get job points all in one go.

BLM, RDM, BLU, SCH, or GEO.

Abyssea La Theine, regen atma (Mounted Champion, Stronghold) and refresh (Minikin Monstrosity) at conflux #5 vs. Puks.

Gear up just enough Magic Attack Bonus/Magic Damage to deal 500-600 damage with AoE spells like Sandspin or Stonega etc, the rest -DT. When their health gets too low use a wind spell like Aeroga or Subduction and raise their health back to full. Rinse and repeat until 50k sparks.

I preferred to do it on BLU/RDM using Sandspin and Subduction, making use of Phalanx, Protect III and Shell II.

As for melee, 1H jobs like THF, NIN, MNK etc. do well at Abyssea Tahrongi Conflux #8 vs. Qutrubs. Just set Razed Ruins and/or Gnarled Horn, and Apocalypse.
