Pupil's set (shoes are that as well). There are two tops for it. The original one is the Pupil's Shirt, introduced in login campaign 22. The one in that screenshot is the Pupil's Camisa, which came along a few months later.

In a similar vein, Herculean legs are very common and simple but they're generally my favourite leg design.
