And I know Scott Walker has it out for anyone who isn't a contributor, soooo... Evidence?
As I've said. Give me a candidate that isn't pandering to the religious right, that doesn't want to cut funding to education and social safety nets, doesn't have a proven record of trying to destroy workers' rights, and that isn't going to railroad the environment for a quick buck. So, you won't vote for anyone then.

Why not just admit it by now Ramyrez.
You aren't moderate, you are about as far left as anyone else. Everyone to the right of you is a corporate stooge who's out to get you.

Well, again, someone has to win and unless a better candidate who isn't looking to put actual workers down comes along...

Yes you can work, but only if you pay tribute to our church union and obey our tenets beliefs rules that have nothing to do with the job tasks at hand.

Except that I'm where the "right" was decades upon decades ago.
They've kept moving to the right, toward the money, away from the betterment of Americans as a whole.

There isn't going to be a single *** worthwhile candidate in 2016 and that's a fact.
*** Hillary !

Given the choice of keeping my wages and benefits or letting them be taken away because someone up the chain wants a bigger mansion, I will take that option 10 times out of 10.

If that's what you want to call it I guess. I don't really think it's the right term all things considered, but there are many similar themes.
I don't particularly care to identify as any one thing.

I gotta say though, Rand Paul needs to work on his speaking delivery. He delivers points like Seinfeld jokes.

Care to prove your assertion? A union newsletter or any other propaganda from pro-union sources is not evidence.

Cuz Collective Bargaining is the 'cure that fits all sizes'
The states that are Right to Work voted the laws in. As it should be. If the state WANTS REQUIRED UNIONS they can vote it in. I don't get how a president or even a congressman has much to do with this.

Seinfeld may not be a good comedian but he created a good show !

Nobody is looking to put workers down.
Show me where wages, paid time off, retirement benefits, and work hour guarantees increase in the workers' favor in right to work states.

I'm in FFXIAH local union 138 the right to post pics of *** without prosecution. One of many key things we are fighting for.

he is insistent that any job where you do not have a union, you boss wants to fire you because you made a bad joke that day, or something similiarly negligible

See according to FFXIAH rule 3,203,438 nipples elicit a strong sexual urge. One most video game forum users aren't quite ready for.

I don't know about paid time off. I've never had that, and I think it's lame.
Retirement is about saving for retirement.
Wages, not going there now, we've covered this in other threads/topics.
Work hour guarantees, no clue. When I worked full time it was between 40-56 hours. When I worked part time it was always the same amount of hours.
I would never join a union and never have.

I don't think you understand "at will" employment.
That's exactly what being an at will employee means.
You have zero security, zero guarantee of your future. Zero certainty of anything.
And that's *** up.

Unions are why Jimmy Hoffa is buried under Giants stadium !

I am willing to bet the amount of employers who will actually 'at will' fire you is very very small. Economy recesses and they need to make cuts? sure. You do something against policy and you need to go? Sure You are late consistently? Sure
I dont like your hair today? Highly Doubtful

"Doubtful" doesn't *** matter.
It shouldn't be a legal option.

And that's *** up. Is that why I was able to make a lot of money, pay off all my college debts by age 32, amount a huge amount of savings, and travel all around the world and now technically live in retirement atm?
Although to be fair I do work for people here, but it's more of a hobby than anything. I work when I want to, negotiate what they pay me and live very comfortably.

You didn't build your success the government built that ! Technically, the Russian government gave me the opportunity, and the Chinese government protects my assets.
:P

Oh by the way if SE goes bankrupt don't worry the government will bail them out. Just say they are "too big to fail" claim that FFXI is critical to a bleak landscape of sub par MMO's !

"Doubtful" doesn't *** matter.
It shouldn't be a legal option.
Translation: Employees rights > Employer's Rights.
How about we let the system try to work itself out.
the problem with Unions, is the same problem with Minimum Wage.
When you give 'minimums' to employers, they WILL seek the minimum(EXCLUSIONS APPLY) There will be no wage increases or other benefits to workplaces that have unions until they are forced by the union.
HOwever, it is easier to give these raises and workplace bonuses in non union environments
------
more importnatly .. you say whynot
I AGREE WHYNOT.. the employer SHOULD have that option. unless they are incorporated, then that just changes the whole ball game.
But a non incorporated small business owner should have the RIGHT to hire who they want, when they want, for how long they want, and fire when they want. Now on the flipside the employee should have the RIGHT to COMPLAIN on ANY medium they can think of...(without turning it into a legal issue) about how they FELT they were treated and how they 'unjustly' felt they were let go. Then the company gains a reputation, and a not good one.
