Being fat is no excuse. #republicanswag One of my mom's co-workers was telling me about the time Christie visited her school. She said he was all sweaty, out of breathe, and reeked like old man, lol. Makes Biden look pretty good now.

Christie looks like he'd have a heart attack just brushing his teeth every morning. Kind of like that's all the exercise he thinks he needs.

Not when determining US citizenship Quote: Birth on U.S. Military Base Outside of the United States or Birth on U.S. Embassy or Consulate Premises Abroad: (1) Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic or consular facilities abroad are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not born in the United States and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth. You're not misreading, they received regional accreditation for a number programs pretty recently (2006) when they founded a medical school, which is where most of their accredited degree programs are. It received a partial accreditation fairly early on and there was some controversy over them not adhering to the curriculum they claimed for accreditation. Sadly, most of the details are not publicly available. Fenrir.Candlejack said: » Shiva.Nikolce said: » I don't think Ted Cruz is really in the race though. The GOP needs a whippin' boy for this time around. Seems they talked Cruz into doing it. Get on it, chop chop! I know exactly what accreditation means, it's not a difficult concept. It is an important part of academia and it's only as good as the organization that issues it. Hence all the Christian school accreditation organizations being laughable and why most private Christian universities not being considered real universities. Besides the obvious *** answer like that you are part of the region the WASC accredits colleges and universities. Guys, when did we start caring about where pres candidates are born?
Besides, if your dad or mom is an American citizen, then you are automatically a US citizen. "Natural born" doesn't mean born on US soil, it just means there is no naturalization required. It's a non issue, just like Obama. Offline

Wow!
^ Tunes change faster than Pandora! You forgot the part about citizens having to see that your beliefs are the only true way of life! Region, obviously. They also accredit different organizations, WASC does not accredit degree granting programs.
If you're going to a "university" that either doesn't grant degrees or grants them from programs that aren't accredited by a reputable accreditation organization, you're not going to a real university, period. Liberty University has some accredited programs, mostly in their medical and some in their law school, and a lot more "accredited" programs everywhere else. "Natural born" doesn't mean born on US soil, it just means there is no naturalization required. It's a non issue, just like Obama. That's a misconception. If you are born on foreign soil, you are entitled to natural born status, but there is paperwork involved. If both parents are US citizens, you file a notification that your child was born abroad. If only one parent is a US citizen, it gets a little more complicated depending on where the parents reside and how long, etc. Natural born citizenship is not automatically granted unless you file that notification and receive receipt of filing on or before their 18th birthday and only if they reside in the physical US, etc etc etc. TL:DR - Birth Abroad doesn't automatically grant natural-born status. |
