I'm having some issues getting her. I know I finished the mission Dawn, double checked on cutscenes etc. but still can't get her.

You're sure "Dawn" is completed? There's a few cutscenes that follow getting the ring.

Oops, I figured it out lol I never finished the first quest with Kupipi XD I'm embarrassed. Thank you.
