FFXIAH Documentary List
Can we either lock this thread or prevent a certain poster from posting conspiracy videos, since this is supposed to be a documentary thread, not conspiracy theory thread.
Welp, this thread is turning into another "Truth and Justice" thread.
Wow, I'm not sure those really qualify as "documentaries"...while documentaries can certainly have inherent biases and are not obliged to be neutral in tone--or without some editorial agenda--those last few seem to be more "talking head OP-ED" style programmes no?
Oh well. But on the upside, does this mean I get to post "This is Spinal Tap", "The Rutles", "A Mighty Wind", and "Best in Show" if the thread has already gone south with faux-documentary posts? :p LOL Youtube even has the full set of "The Rutles: All You Need is Cash" videos... ^^ They don't qualify as documentaries.
This conspiracy stuff is getting old. This is long. so...
It is a well documented event and can even be followed to this day. YouTube Video Placeholder

EndGame
YouTube Video Placeholder Quote: For the New World Order, a world government is just the beginning. Once in place they can engage their plan to exterminate 80% of the world's population, while enabling the "elites" to live forever with the aid of advanced technology. For the first time, crusading filmmaker ALEX JONES reveals their secret plan for humanity's extermination: Operation ENDGAME. Jones chronicles the history of the global elite's bloody rise to power and reveals how they have funded dictators and financed the bloodiest wars—creating order out of chaos to pave the way for the first true world empire. * Watch as Jones and his team track the elusive Bilderberg Group to Ottawa and Istanbul to document their secret summits, allowing you to witness global kingpins setting the world's agenda and instigating World War III. * Learn about the formation of the North America transportation control grid, which will end U.S. sovereignty forever. * Discover how the practitioners of the pseudo-science eugenics have taken control of governments worldwide as a means to carry out depopulation. * View the progress of the coming collapse of the United States and the formation of the North American Union. Edit: Actually, his posts have been removed before when he did exactly the same thing as he did above. I'm surprised that he wasn't topic banned at that time.... Alex Jones does not publish documentaries, he publishes conspiracy theories.
You do know the difference between the two, right? Probably not.... Your wrong, he has a lot of Documentaries official ones not short videos, but you are to biased to see that.
stop typing and watch the documentary, this is not a thread for typing its for watching Not sure why there wasn't a topic ban before, but there is now.
For the history buffs out there beyond the scope of the modern era we regularly discuss around here.
One of my favorite Novas out there. YouTube Video Placeholder

By putting on muscle, you are increasing your body's caloric requirements thus increasing your metabolic rate. Stupid video starts off by saying that exercise doesn't result in weight loss and then contradicts itself by saying that exercise can result in 10-30% of daily caloric needs. 10-30%!!! It then shoots itself in the foot and says that a 200 pound man loses 5 pounds by only increasing their activity. This is such rubbish. There are also several different metabolic pathways, each efficient at withdrawing calories from different food groups; proteins and fat, carbohydrates and alcohol. The basic principle of weight loss is consume less than you need. You can do that by increasing your activity or decreasing your intake. Each one has different effects on the composition of the body but they both result in a net loss. Now one's goal shouldn't be to loose weight, it should always be to increase the ratio of lean tissue vs fat. To accomplish that you need to tweek your diet with the right nutrition and perform a mixture of anarobic exercises to stimulate protein synthesis via muscle fibre breakdown, and aerobic exercises to better oxygenate blood, increase circulation, improve nutritional delivery to cells and among many other things. Do 3 days of resistance training and 1 day of intense cardio and 2 days of relaxed brisk walking and you will look like a million bucks in 6 months. Simple. Eat lots of fibre with your carbs, 1 hour before resistance training, eat high protein afterwards, eat fruits high in fructose 2 hours before bed such as bananas and enjoy life. Its not hard. I saw this on my feed today, it's the second time I've seen it and it's such horsesh*t. The notion that you cannot compromise more than 30% of your daily burn through activity is stupid to the power of 10. Couple that with the notion that at a rate of 1/lb a week (a good target) weight loss, that's 500 calories a day or 25% of a 2000 calorie diet and holy crap that 30% could make or break your goal. Those participants burn more than 5,000 calories per day via exercise and drop as much as 30 pounds a week. Never thought I would quote the biggest loser for science. That was the thing, Vox had posted a prior segment a few weeks ago where they revealed huh? Are you just being sarcastic? Or did you just start checking out their videos because of this? Seems interesting but I don't see the connection to vox. How do they relate? YouTube Video Placeholder Lakshmi.Buukki
