Tbh i don't really know how mobs with immunobreak works, because you don't have to have the immuno break message before something lands. So at low level incursion your Dream Flower probbaly had enough macc to do it without hitting the immunobreak message. But I do agree that it seems to have a higher resistance on light based sleep if not completely immune.
I've tried repose on nms and they never landed, no immobreak message but I haven't tried enough to say for sure

From my understanding, immunobreak only applies to enfeebling magic. Each time you get an immunobreak proc, the next cast will have a higher chance of landing. Since Dream Flower is Blue Magic and Repose is Divine Magic, these spells will never proc immunobreak, but that experience with repose is enough to tell me that all light based sleeps will probably never land lol.

No. Every NM in the zone is immune to lullaby starting at ilevel 123, even with NT/ES. BRD can only sleep the helpers and lesser monsters.
Thanks for correcting me Ejiin, I assumed a bard can since bards spammed Horde Lubbaby 2 + 1 at the same time as our blms so i assumed the one's to sleep them first was the bard.

I've had the worst luck getting CP capes. My best is 33%. My worst ones seem to come from the higher level content.

Seems like RUN cape goes higher than +3 which is cool for them.

Is 130 the highest it can go currently? Haven't seen any talk about 131+. We've taken a little break from Incursion at 128 since we're already pretty much capped on gear and farming capes is awful, but if we can see like 10 boxes from 1 NM then I guess it wouldn't be so bad.
Ragnarok is currently at 131.. not sure how high it goes tho.
Quetz is also currently at 131 (as of this morning).

Again this is off-topic, but it seems like there are so many people doing Incursion lately that when you try to do Delve (or Incursion) Alliance gets split up and have to reform / reinvite people. Additionally, not sure if its related to the new Party sorting command that was added last update, but entered Delve with more than six and the people in Skjalf's party were.... well they were below the frame of the game window.... and didn't have Party command.... was in party but commands were like seek for party etc. >.<

@ Felfarr I had a pastorals drop on me. I can't remember the first two augs but it had pet: acc and ranged acc + 20 on it. /toss
