Destiny!

Destiny is much better when you have a partner in crime. I have one and won so many Skirmish games, only lost a few times in record. Lost count on how many times we won, but wow, the Xbox community are bad. We're around a 40-50 win streak without use of Fusion Rifles and Shotgun abuse. Friend isn't around this week though =(

Got Vex Mythoclast, Timebreaker, and shard on my first raid on hard. All items I needed!

Very good point. I have not. But honestly, based on what we have played so far, I dont think it would be very fun.

Class differences are super, grenade, melee hit and jet pack variations. Its not like you are changing from warrior to white mage. That, in combination with the fact the story is lack luster and you cannot skip cut scenes. Those things make me feel like it wouldnt be worth it.

Fortunately I got lucky with raid gear. only took me 4 weeks to complete the set(two normal and two hard). People shouldnt have to make multiple characters of the same class to have more shots at rng. Shouldnt even be battling it in the first place. Would be great if there were deeper progression and perhaps a retooled loot system. And I wish the game was a bit more like No Mans Sky instead of a damn loading screen.

Yeah they're bad. Unfortunately this also translates to bad teammates. That feeling of losing to a team when you have more points than the top 3 players on the enemy team...

I got my raid hands, but am now scared to get my body / feet because then I'll have nothing to do, & will have to revert to minecraft again >.<

I still haven't even got my hands to drop yet. Need them to do a striker 30 setup. Stuck with a defender setup for level 30.

It's good fun, but the challenge lacks when you get the required levels, so many bugs and exploits makes it so easy. Hoping Crota's End (Moon Raid) isn't full of bugs, it holds the next T2 Exotic (Necrochasm).

i hope the warlock armor from Crota's end looks good

You can't look at what will be next week, you can only view a different loot table by changing it to a diff week. However we can figure out all his combinations this way if someone takes the time to do it.

For example, he put his clock a month in advance and it showed Gjallarhorn.

Also, Bungie I hate you and your sunbreakers now. They looked so cool and now they are just pretty much in every loot table. :(

Not yet, it's in the next Hotfix. (Whenever that comes)

This week's Nightfall is crazy.

What class are you? Bladedancer makes easy work of it solo. Other classes work too I'm sure, but all things considered I find it's the best class to solo on. Especially good this week because of Arcburn.

I find they're generally easier solo tbh, unless you have a good team you can rely on.

I tend to get some fodder who die so much while buffing enemies for being in the fireteam.

You can solo this Nightfall really easily. Just abuse the mob boundaries. For Phogoth himself, hide behind the door before the Shrieker and you can shoot Phogoth through an exposed hole, while he tries to get you, none of the adds can pass that door.

Alpha Lupi worth it?

It's way worse than the Titans version. Symbiote is better for Hunter, because of the 4th shot on Golden Gun. Titan gets nothing of that sort than a extra 2 perks for Striker and a blind for Shield of Dawn. Blind is cool, but it only last to due time.

Like said above if you have an exotic helmet I don't think Alpha Lupi is worth it for hunter. The only reason I would buy the body is if I didn't need any of the other gear, or if it was the only slot where I needed the light to hit 30.

Iron Banner Updates

Nice to see there will be a reward for losing a game, that was probably the most frustrating part. As for the bounties, I imagine they will just reduce the amount of headshots required for certain weapons. The Scout Rifle, for example.

What level did y'all start doing 28 heroics? I want to try my hand at it yet at the same time I don't want to weigh a group down being 27 and all.

If you mean the weekly heroic, I started at 27. You won't be bringing your group down as long as you play smart and aren't running in head first to sketchy areas, getting one-shotted and needing revives. You'll be dealing a bit less damage to enemies but your team shouldn't really mind as long as you're being helpful.
