WIFI Antenna + Hotspot

Military personnel here, so I'm rocking clear wireless internet (God hotspot internet sucks) since I've been moving a lot lately. Recently had a somewhat-slicing issue with the antenna that I use for my Clear Hub Express and have had bad connectivity ever since. Wire from antenna to hub isn't 100% sliced, but I figured I could use a better dBi anyway.

Does anyone have suggestions as to what sort of antenna I should get? Looking to spend under $100 unless your review is stellar :P

Clear towers are all over, much like cell towers. Hub Express connects me to them so I have mobile internet. Good for people who are on the move a lot

Basically, it's SUPPOSED to be like the 4G on your phone, but better connectivity.. but I'm not getting that and I think there's an issue with my hardware.

too bad Sprint bought them out and effectively shut them down except for their old customers.
