That was probably mid-flip. I'm pretty sure flipping your gun before every shot increases accuracy or something.

I laughed pretty hard pages back when someone casually referred to puerto ricans like illegal immigrants...

Well, it's not the Peurto Ricans that are the immigrants, it's the people from places like Venezuela-Columbia that use Peurto Rico as a gateway.

Death Penalty we are talking about the Corsair weapon right ?

I liked Death Penalty before Quick Draw.

I didn't. That stupid little eagle on the end looks dumb.

Only while they are scavenging for Chinese food and other non-American-made products.

Why am I back reading 3 pages of this thread?

Religion is at the very core of this.
Don't forget that one side's religion requires stoning of non-believers. Which they are taking to heart, except using rockets instead of stones.
Judaism requires genocide as punishment for breaking some of the commandments if I recall.

Ignore this if it's been addresses, still back reading.

You guys arguing about "enemy" need to define "peace". It doesn't necessarily mean living a lovey-dovey life with others, it can simply mean cessation/absence of war or violence. A treaty can bring peace by ending a war. Egypt has been at peace with Israel for decades but the general population's sentiment towards the Zionist state has been nothing buthate. That definition fits Afania's point of view.
Fine, challenge accepted!

Peace: The absence of violence, arguments and hatred towards others. Cooperation and acceptance towards others

Which means, no enemies in existence. Since enemy is, by definition, a hate of another.

So, since you want to defend Afania, how about you try to take a stab at "how can you have enemies during peaceful times"

"Lack of rockets" excuse has already been used though.
Where did you get that definition from?
Google:
peace
pēs/Submit
noun
1. freedom from disturbance; quiet and tranquility.
"you can while away an hour or two in peace and seclusion"
synonyms: tranquility, calm, restfulness, peace and quiet, peacefulness, quiet, quietness; More
antonyms: noise
mental calm; serenity.
"the peace of mind this insurance gives you"
synonyms: serenity, peacefulness, tranquility, equanimity, calm, calmness, composure, ease, contentment, contentedness More
antonyms: agitation, distress
2. freedom from or the cessation of war or violence.
"the Straits were to be open to warships in time of peace"
synonyms: law and order, lawfulness, order, peacefulness, peaceableness, harmony, nonviolence;

Merriam-Webster
1peace noun \ˈpēs\
: a state in which there is no war or fighting

: an agreement to end a war

: a period of time when there is no war or fighting

Enough I guess. Look it up in any dictionary and you'll find that just "no war" is sufficient to call that state "peace"...which is what I said in my post.

And regarding stoning, Ccl answered you. In that case of stoning:
1- The Jews came to prophet Muhammad, asking him to be the judge about a man that cheated on his wife, and that they'd accept his judgement no matter what.
2- He told them he'd judge them by the Torah, since it's their holy book. So, he judged them by the Torah(according to that narration). Why? because, in Islam, minorities can choose to seek a court of their faith or a Muslim court if they so desire. You really should read the links you post before posting them.

So no, there's no stoning of people of other beliefs just because they're "infidels".

I objected to your post because you made it sound as if Hamas was worse than Israel because of their creed, which couldn't be further from the truth. Why do you think the Zionist Jews settled in Palestine? Why do you think Hamas is persisting? Ever heard of Greater Israel?

EDIT: Found this story in John 8:1-11, that confirms that stoning adulterers was indeed a Judaic law.

Googling "Islam and violence" would bring up very predictable results (from anti-Muslim sources), don't you think?

Should check both anti-Muslim and Muslim sources(with opposing claims) and then judge for yourself.

As a general rule, I tend to immediately throw out any argument from people who believe in Djinns and Sassanid folk tales. That pretty much just leaves the Anti-Muslims unopposed.

But whether they believe in Sassanid folk tales, Unicorns, or the flying spaghetti monster is not the point. The point is: does their texts instruct them to "exterminate all Jews" as some claimed?

One person says the text does, another person says it doesn't. That's the problem with creating a religion for illiterate goat herders, the original meaning is twisted into an unrecognizable form by the time some objective scholars can write down what's there.

If I'm not mistaken, the actual dialect the original Qur'an was written in no longer exists as well. At this point it could be a recipe for snickerdoodles and nobody would know.

Some of the first sources that come up are pro-Muslim sites debunking myths like "all Muslism are psychopaths who want to kill everyone".

Buuuuut, your mind is already made up.

For the record, I'm not discounting the *** idiot American Christians who seem to think American is some sort of haven for assault-rifle toting Jesus; the same idiots who think we should just "nuke the towel heads and be done with them".

Those people should be removed from the gene pool, too.

You know, the people who post this *** garbage:

I think if it doesn't have parallel lines, it's an Ankh not a cross. The story of Jesus is pretty much lifted from Horus though, so hurray for unintentionally consistent plagiarism?

The fact that so many creation myths have so many similar elements certainly points back to some very specific events in the history of mankind at some point, but the fact that we've all warped them beyond belief (literally) -- and that some people are still stupid enough to kill each other over the differences -- is really, really disheartening.

Please this isn't even difficult.*

This is like theology 101 for the objective.

Jesus Christ in comaprative mythology

*edit: that is to say, "proving" is difficult, obviously, as you can't even prove Jesus actually existed in the first place. But there are similarities there, as well as with many other mythological characters.

That would make sense if you realize Jesus was just a creation of myth, then yeah I could see why everyone would be pissed off at a bigger metaphorical penis over a real one.
