Doubtful a doctor would lie to an employer if s/he thought you weren't injured/psychotic/danger to yourself and others...
There is no quote from the doctor. There is no medical report linked. There is no supporting evidence within the article, only a quote from the principle, who clearly wanted the guy gone.

If there was public information regarding what the doctor said, why is it not included in the article? If it's not public, then it's just word of mouth from the principle.

The verifiable public information that we do have is that a week of being locked in a facility and examined by numerous doctors resulted in the conclusion he was fit to return to work.

fired for mental health issues

Cost of living and so forth. Plus 11 years to get to that income.

This is true. Still, anyplace is better than Arizona.
AZ has a relatively high cost of living.

"Mr. Heller expressed in an internet communication that he believed the U.S. government programmed the Newtown school shooter, which indicates that he might feel compelled to commit a similar act."

The logic here... is astounding. Sir, I'm sorry, you believe tobacco can cause cancer, therefor, you might cause cancer. We can't pay you your rather high salary for a teacher anymore. Am I off base, or reading this wrong?

Yes, but have you ever claimed to want to kill someone while you had access to weapons and having those beliefs?

Frankly if you're believing anything a medium has to say you should be legally required to undergo neuropsychiatric testing for brain damage and certainly shouldn't be allowed to influence children.

You need to go to your local mad scientist. Sure he's insane and wants to create a race of giant cyborg badger-human hybrids, but at least he's got a Ph.D.

Did it say anywhere in the article he believed what the supposed "medium" told him? No. For all he knew, the medium could've just been a normal housewife. As to consulting the local potionmaker or mad scientist, why bother with them at all? One should always consult their friendly, neighborhood hunchbacks or henchmen when seeking advice.

I think you're unclear as to where certain beings fall in the evil overlord hierarchy. The potionmaker is sort of like a neutral second opinion, the Mad Scientist is sort of like a father figure.

Mediums are just full of hogwash.

You don't "consult" hunchbacks and henchmen. You order them.

At least I do that's what I've heard. <_<

My local mad scientist wants to create a race of superhuman Amazonian Catgirls.

His funding never ceases.....

It goes: Henchpersons, mad scientists, demonic overlords, necromancers. In that order. Henchpersons first. Because granted while they don't get the glory at the day's end, they're still the ones running the equipment, lugging around cadavers, and making things happen. The others are just brains with legs attached.

We don't need that sort of Marxist thinking here.

It's not Marxist thinking, it's the truth. Without henchmen, where would Cobra Commander be? Without the mutants, where would Mumm-Rah be? Megatron would be nothing without the other Decepticons, as well.
Well, without henchmen, the evil scientists wouldn't have their ***blow up in their face as much.

Some of that blowing up is done by the heroes, some of it is done by the stupidity of the henchmen themselves.

Edit: Seem's appropriate:

And while that is the case about 50% of the time, let's not forget it's as I said earlier. The henchpersons run the equipment and do all the legwork. That having been said, it follows that they are where the true knowledge lies and should be the ones consulted
If you meant minions, then I would agree with you.

But henchpeople are those who control the minions, more like your #2, #3, and so on.

They are the one's that *** the ***up.

The power is in the hands of the workers?
not those useless upper echelons of thought and planning in charge?
You're asking how that isn't Marxist?

I'm just being inflammatory at this point, as I do believe highly in worker's rights, but at some point you had to bring social thought into this where I just wanted to make jokes and pretend I was Hubert J. Farnsworth.

The ones in planning, development and research sit on their ***. Everyone else does the work. You never see henchman #86 get any special treatment when he does his job, yet he does deserve it, since he does everything from handling dangerous toxic sludge to digging a shallow grave to hide a swift execution, while Dr. Wily sits behind the scenes and watches.

Your crusade for henchman rights has fallen of deaf ears.
