So stupid, what woman goes to a barbershop for a haircut when they know they only cut men's hair

If you look a the pictures of the woman she could be mistaken for a man though !
That's funny, I tried to get my hair cut at a salon a few years ago in South Carolina; the all-female staff laughed hysterically and said they only cut women's hair.

Blue/grey hair screams crazy feminist. (Woman that wanted haircut at barber shop)
They should've given her a #1 buzzcut.

I'd cut her hair but I"d charge her more money !
I'm going to a walk-ins welcome gynecologist later so I can sue for gender discrimination when they won't examine me.

Well since Caitlyn Jenner set the precedent. Gender is a fluid dynamic. I might go to the bar tonight. Wear a red dress claim I'm a woman so I can get guys to buy me free drinks !
As the proprietor said, he'll pay the fine out of respect for the law, which is good on him. He's not in the wrong though, he just sort of went about it the wrong way.
I mean, he should have asked if she wants a butch haircut or needs her moustache trimmed. I'm sure I could go to a salon and ask them to trim my beard or give me a shave...but I wouldn't. My wife is pretty disdainful of a lot of "girly" things but even she wouldn't walk into a barber shop and ask them to cut her hair in some stylish female fashion. Barbers and stylists are not the same thing. There's overlap in their services, yes. And I've known people who have trained as both. But they have different training. I wouldn't trust most run-of-the-mill hair stylists with a straight razor around my neck. And all of this just serves to remind me I need to make an appointment with my barber, my facial rug is getting out of control. Phoenix.Amandarius

Uh oh, for a split second I think Sehachan understood the absurdity of liberalism. How many years has it been since you last posted something that made sense?

I started going to the hairdresser in the Walmart complex, and they did a decent job for a while - but then I kept winding up with a woman who apparently hated sideburns, because every time she asked if I wanted to keep them, she'd make a "mistake" on one side and have to fix it, and then even the other one out to match. I've been cutting my own hair ever since. Offline

Women would complain more about their hair. Offline

It's ironic that I don't know what irony is ! That is what Alanis Morisette told me at least !

If there is anything P and R loves more than global warming is 10 pages of word definition discussion!
The correct title would be situational ironies: which is defined as the "state of affairs or event[s] that seems deliberately contrary to what one expects and is often wryly amusing as a result. fonewear said: » That song doesn't get irony either though ! Offline

What makes me mad is that she's Canadian and hasn't even apologized for it yet.
She should apologize for that video she did in the nude. That was pretty bad. Thought I was watching Planet of the Apes first time I saw it.

I think she is pretty sexy. "natural" or not ! Hands Clean is about her dating one of the adult dudes from Full House when she was 14, IIRC. She wasn't in it for Uncle Joey. It was just a front for her relationship with Mr. Woodchuck.

What is funny is that Full House house in real life is like a million dollar home. And I don't remember but I doubt that family could afford living there !
Just looked it up 2.9 million... fonewear said: » What is funny is that Full House house in real life is like a million dollar home. Let's see, a local morning talk show host, a bad comedian, and the lead singer of a band... eh, everyone knows they were drug dealers on the side anyway. Offline

It's a shame that SF cost of living is that high. If you can get past the hippies and liberals. The actual setting of the city looks nice.
