Then St. Ides started getting sold in six-packs, which led to the St. Ides Six-Pack Challenge, which led to a lot of belligerance and broken furniture followed by hugs and belting out Journey songs. Edit: Which was of course followed by vomitting, because you just drank 96 ounces of vile fermented cat piss. King Cobra 40's right from the paper bag.

Depends who you ask. They've certainly put a lot of book/music/movie stores out business, but most of those bigger chains had already in turn wiped out many local providers of the same content, so turnabout is fair play to a degree. *shrug* They're not the greatest of employers to all of their warehouse personal -- you can find some serious horror stories out there -- but I know people who work there and seem pretty happy, so... like I said. Depends who you ask. I'm just assuming someone who pushes shopping locally wouldn't care for Amazon. I started with malt liquor 16 some odd years ago. anyone else ever drink those 'reserves'? Steel Reserve, Colt 45, Four Loko, St. Ides, Crazy Horse... all approved by my local alcoholics. Drinking paint thinner doesn't matter when you're drunk off your *** with your pants off on the corner. Like...really, really hard. It's really not just about abuse. A lot of people are prescribed opiod pain medications for very serious pain issues. Which can come into play when people -- especially older people with failing memories -- accidentally take too many of their Vicodin or Percocet or Norco. This happens far more often than you'd suspect and it really is unintentional. Well, he wasn't in the Senate for most of the 2000's, as he was only "present" there most of the time. But since you like to rewrite history, no matter what I say will change the "truth" in your mind.... I stuck a goldfish in a bong while it was being used for over an hour, & he was just fine. I then tried the same thing on another fish, just to make sure the first one wasn't the keith richards of fish or some ***. My 1 anecdotal experiment is all the proof I'll ever need. Bahamut.Ravael said: » Because liberals have no problem calling the products of the other subsidized industries subsidized products, but suddenly when it's used in conjunction with medical procedures it's just "insurance coffers" paying for it, not subsidies. For starters is has nothing to do with being liberal or not. Secondly because it's not, do you know how insurance works? Those other companies sell something, that's between you and them, the insurance companies are paying for your medical coverage, which is between you and the doctor. Quite frankly they should just rewrite the law so they don't even know what the procedures are, rewrite the law to where when somebody has to pay a hospital bill, it's only from one place at the hospital, not each department they went to, or the private practice that operates out of the hospital (contracts, woo). Part of the medical costs are due to the way the system operates, and is billed, hell they just updated the medical coding system, and now there's a million and one new ways to charge people more for the same ***. They're required to charge people the most they can, go figure. If one tried to overdose from Marijuana they'd most likely die from lack of oxygen killing their brain (hello old experiments that said marijuana kills braincells).
You'd basically have to pump it into somebody from them to consume enough. Now if you're talking like thc butter or hash, I'm sure in concentrate it may be possible, and maybe the vapor form, but you'd have a hard time finding somebody who wants to waste all their pot, when a little goes a long way in concentrate. I said "really, really hard", didn't I?

He has a history of blowing in the direction the wind is currently headed. But there are at least elements of what you said there that are correct. cue the Brian and Stewie "Bag-o-weed" song.
Oh it originates further back than that, and Mittens couldn't have done that, he wouldn't have rallied up the vitriol from his neocon fanbase.
