What channel is it on?
HBO, but they upload segments on their YouTube channel a few times a week. It's a mostly weekly show, similar in format to The Daily Show.
When Biden does say anything truthful, he apologizes for it.
Quote: U.S. Vice President Joe Biden apologized Saturday to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who was angry over comments in which Biden said Erdogan had admitted that Turkey had made mistakes by allowing foreign fighters to cross into Syria. Quote: Sweden's new prime minister announced Friday that the country will recognise a Palestinian state, becoming the first EU member in Western Europe to do so. Social Democrat leader Stefan Loefven -- who won last month's general election -- said the Nordic country wanted to bolster a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Washington reacted quickly calling Stockholm's recognition "premature", while Palestinians cheered the decision as "courageous" and urged the rest of the European Union to follow suit. "A two-state solution requires mutual recognition and the will to co-exist peacefully," Loefven said in his inaugural address to parliament. This should take place with respect for the "legitimate demands of the Palestinians and the Israelis as regards their right to self-determination and security", he added. Offline

You have to love politics! The democrats continue to turn on Obama.
In This Election, Obama’s Party Benches Him Quote: But for now he has been reduced to something else: an isolated political figure who is viewed as a liability to Democrats Quote: Democratic senators in Colorado, North Carolina and Virginia — states that were pivotal to his success and whose demographics reflect his winning coalition of young, minority and female voters — do not want him. Nor does his party’s Senate nominee in Iowa, where Mr. Obama won twice and whose youth-filled 2008 Democratic caucuses vaulted him toward the nomination. Some leading Democrats say it would be better for him to make the case for the party’s economic policies safely away from the most crucial races — as he did last week in Illinois.
