If it makes you feel better Italy has the highest death rate related to pollution in the entire EU.

Woo we're first!

Yeah. The Pittsburgh region has a pretty impressive rate of lung diseases thanks to the combination of pollution and blue collar workers' propensity for keeping Phillip Morris and RJ Reynolds rolling in money.
You should go do something about it.

I know, why not organize a strike? I mean, strikes are basically an excuse not to work, right? Well, it would be like killing two birds with one stone!

Striking or not, it's not like your productivity level is going to change. Union workers are only a step up from government workers only because union workers could get fired for incompetency....

What the *** are you even on about now?

I'm talking about poor, stupid people wasting what little money they have killing themselves by smoking and you're going off on some anti-union diatribe again which has *** all to do with the topic at hand.

I'm going to dress up in full union regalia next year for Halloween! Sure puts the fear of God into politicians and certain conservatives.

Ah, going by your history of anti-corporation and the fact that you named specific people's names, I assumed that you were going on a tirade against people who actually give you a job and a paycheck. I do not know or care who those two people are, and, given your history of blind hated, I wouldn't be surprised if you have a hitlist of successful people you would kill in a moment's breath.

And, assuming you do have that list, I would probably be on it, abet pretty low on the list, so I'm not to terribly concerned for my life.

I did not know you were naming people in the tobacco industry. My bad.

I'm not quite sure how anyone with even a toe in the pool of the business world doesn't recognize RJR and PM by name, but I'll go ahead and give you the benefit of the doubt there I guess on that.

Though your accusations that I'm some sort of mentally unhinged left-wing hit man is a bit...flattering? insulting? amusing?

All of them at once, I suppose.

I'm not sorry for my socialist tendencies, but I'm sorry you find them so threatening that you think simply by having them I'm some sort of serial killer in waiting?

And congrats, I guess, on derailing the ever-loving ***out of a conversation about pollution and lung disease and turning it into something you have a vendetta against?

Nice try union thug, I don't buy your sincerity for one moment. I bet right now you're planning on intimidating the government for more tax dollars that don't belong to you.

Here in businesstopia, there is no waste, no inefficiencies, no dishonesty and certainly no corrupt/immoral leaders.

Back to your cult meetings where you sell your soul for a free turkey.

I'm the worst kind of American possible.

I work hard and I pay my taxes without bitching about it, and all I ask in return is fair, reasonable compensation for services rendered.

It was, you know, those individual people, Mr. Phillip Morris and Mr. RJ Reynolds. They're back from the dead and they have offered you a complimentary smoke with your morning coffee.

The air up there: How polluted is your state?

Here's to PA being #3 despite vast expanses of wilderness with two-plus centuries of coal and oil extraction, refining, and burning. Nothing like turning a beautiful state into a disgusting mess.

I guess the Miranda Lambert thing makes sense. I think she's originally from Texas. Was Louisiana more disheartened by the Blue Bell recall than Texas? We've had it back for a few months now.

This map is slightly misleading. I remember seeing the original story and not everything on the map is the top search, just "among" the top searches and whoever made the map was trying to make it interesting, iirc.

The link provided by Chaos is not the original for this map, the original article itself listed the top 1-5 searches per state depending on how close they were.

Still not sure why the hell Pennsylvania cares about the royal baby. I'm practically a modern-day Anglophile and even I don't give a *** about the royal baby.
