Do you know where arise comes from?
When legion was big most ls's were just handing them out to everyone b/c they became so common and cheap and hard to sell. Hell, even my mule has it. Unfortunately, almost no one does legion anymore, and the other random places it drops from are like 1/100 chance of getting. I agree it's about time they added a different place to obtain it, though. Odin.Calipso said: » Do you know where arise comes from? I'm surprised it's still mostly only a Legion/Provenance drop. It used to be 30m, quitchyerbitchin.
I guess 6m is expensive in 2014? Cuz thats dirt cheap in 2012.
It's going to be a drop in meebles shortly, so wipe up them tears and wait a little longer.. ;x
Don't wipe those tears up just yet; not finished salting my fries.
Oh, seriously though, the odds of getting it through Meebles will be painfully low, unless they temporarily increase exchange rate of worms, which they probably won't. But seriously, I think traditionally it's always been this way with rare raise scrolls--at least until SE comes about to make it drop in other events (a la Phalanx and Utsusemi Ni.) I remember when Raise III was primarily received through Kirin or a select few KSNM, I had made millions doing 'The Scarlet King' solo on BLU over and over again in my spare time and just selling the scroll (and that Capricorn Staff.) Its not helping others.. its helping youself get into a real linkshell. Or a real party. If you want to cry because you have to buy a spell then any mage job is not for you.

give it a couple of weeks its going to drop to about 1 million with meebles event then you will get your precious
How do microeconomics?
Supply and demand, you are an ***. Go sit in the corner!
Glad I brought it for 6M a few months ago..rofl :P
Good for you arise isnt so necessary, even more with the upcoming update where they will "adjust" the weakened timer.
Mind you, the only real reason to have arise is to cut off 2 mins of weakened. The extra reraise isnt really appealing, people will easily drop that reraise to get a new arise. So suposing they reduce the wekened time, even less appealing it will be. Said that, this magic still is worth to pursue if you really like whm. And if you consider others jobs, WHM is one of the few jobs that dont benefit from relic or empyreal weapon. Can have a stratagem saver with yagrush but none is crazy enough to go asking a mythic for a whm. So, actually, WHM is one of the cheapest job, if youre a carrer WHM, you should have saved a lot of cash because you never had any real grinding so far. And farming the cash for Arise isnt the worst thing. I got mine in a skcnm, after like 30+ tries in the special week, and when i got it in my hands, I saw 8m in AH, but even then i had no doubts, gave to my dual box, and he devoured the scroll like a starving taru. Today I dont miss at all the 8m I could profit with that, and its always refreshing having someone to cast arise on you, while everyone else just get the cheap raise 1. So its worth, so go for it. Grind! Sylph.Systematicchaos

Sound like a bunch of greedy douches who have no problem taking the spell casted on you and not even looking back actually. Probly the same bunch who dun even play the job, all ya think bout is the gil your gonna make off it

Giving to others dun need to cost me that much. People should just remember this crap when they stupidly shouting for a healer for their run or a reive is goiong to ***cuz people would rather play another job than play one that gives to other while others would rather be greedy Leviathan.Comeatmebro

have you considered sucking less
Complaining about the prices of rare items is pointless, especially a scroll that has one use and can never be resold.
Again, do you even *know* where arise comes from? Would you do a 6-18man event and sell the rare drop from it for a pittance? I doubt it. On that note, legion is pretty stupidly easy now. Nothing stopping you from grabbing a few people and making a group to get it for yourself. If you are serious about your job and want a ls to take you seriously, you'll nut up and buy it. Seriously hurts my brain reading this. You really are not worth a reply if you actually cannot understand supply and demand. If you think it's not worth the AH price, go and farm one to see how "easy" it is for you to get.
