Bravely Default: Flying Fairy

Quick question.. in these builds, the abilities add up to 6 ability points used.. I currently only have 5... when/where do you get the 6th?

You need to farm 500k gold, or pg, or whatever the currency is.

Got most of my town to level 11 :/ now to just grind out a TON of pg to upgrade my ***lol.

For some reason, I'm still grinding out jobs instead of progressing the game. Don't know why.

I capped my town a couple days ago, and then that same day got 5 villagers from the net connect -_-

On the vampire quest. It's so hard!!! The group attacks are deadly by this point of the game. How to survive some fights, I don't know...

Should only be 5 ability points I must of put something extra let me check.

Did some PG farming, bought all weapons I passed up buying for my notebook and bought Growth and Golden egg...and the 4 costumes. Agnes' Knight costume <3

I got frustrated and started grinding instead of doing them. I just beat one of them like it was a joke.

Tiz/Ringabel/Edea:
Freelancer/Ninja (because Freelancer is the only job not capped)
Support Abilities are Comeback Kid, Axe Lore, and Dual Wield
Gear: Fox Tail x2, Heiki Helm, Heiki Armor, Barrier Shroud

Agnes:
Freelancer/WHM
Support Abilities are Silence Immunity, HP 10% Up, MDEF 10% Up, and Auto-Shell
Gear: Whatever gives you the most MND, and the Barrier Shroud for

Utsu+2 attacks for each DD. This gives them a chance to cast Utsu again before the next AoE.

Agnes either Defaults or Aerogas each turn. I like to keep her on the back burner in case I take a lot of damage. If you prefer all DD, you could probably easily get away with that and stick to items to heal. I am level 99, but I think that's sort of irrelevant when only 1 attack (a weak bite) got through on my DDs.

At some point in resubbing my antivirus today, my desktop background was removed (was default anyway) so I got a new one! Now it's the Eternian Central Command background! \o/

i just started chapter 4 am i halfway done? around Lv51 gonna go outside that first eternian town to grind a lil, wondering how much i should do?

also should i working towards the eggs now? i went broke just upgrading my equip and still not done >< or not worry about it now? idk where a good PEEG spot is

Hmm... What's the best support abilities for my healer?

Spiritmaster/WHM has the most MND.
Gives me Save WM MP automatically which is great.
Healing Lore is 2 points and doubles healing effects.

So I've got 2 more points to decide on. I like using Silence Immunity, but if there is a 2 point ability, I'll get rid of it. If I had 3 points Epic Group-Cast could be cool. I guess I could throw on Spped + 10% to make sure my cures go off quick enough?

That's what I did, I used a Black Mage and group-casted Firaga while defaulting all non-Black Mages (for Sweeper).

I use Spiritmaster with White Magic and Healing Lore, I haven't looked at much beyond that.

The eggs are super worth it. Exit to the left outside of Eternia. That's where I farmed. Easy to go back in and buy stuff, heal, etc.


Edit: For Sweeper I used /Acrobatics for Crescent Moon. Set my DDs all to Crescent Moon x2, and my healer to Curada once. Also, I found the accessory to lower the enemies first strike rate (Alarm Earrings) great since I wanted the no damage bonus at the end.

I have Performer/WHM its pretty touchdown, 2 songs stack to 150% and they heal just as good, even has highest def sinve im using NIN/THF BLM/WHM PIR/FRL

I use Spiritmaster/White Mage on fights where elemental defense is important, Performer/White Mage when it isn't. With Healing Lore and Holy One, your Cure and Cura spells will pretty much always cap someone's HP no matter what job you're using, so look more at what support skills you're getting for a particular situation than MND or healing potency stuff.

I started using that after my designated Black Mage capped, then I did Spell Fencer with Acrobatics, taking advantage of elemental weaknesses.

i have 6 jobs to unlock still, grinding outside eternia still, crescent moon crits so its not really good for sweeper farming and my blm is slooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwww sometimes dies b4 she can firagabomb the mandys -.-

You have vampire yet? Vampire is a really good sweeper job.

I had 3 chars set up to do that, but non group of mobs ever lasted longer than 1 char doing it

Abuse abililink for speed+ support skills.

Or Acrobatics/Spell Sword. Firaga Sword -> Crescent Blade tends to annihilate everything.

Try compounding. Load up as much AGI as you can, attack item amp, and stock up on the phlogistons. 2x should do it per battle, just fight during the day so you don't have to use different items for night time monsters.

It'll get more consistent as you level up. And once you have the egg you won't really care that much anymore.

so should i stay in this area killing mandys till i can buy the 500k egg? >.>
