Yes but if i recall its 3 on D and 4 on VD, as you can see there was only 2 pages. I think the translation said on all difficulties it was applied.

This translation error was adressed before the troll fest. english translation is wrong. Double armor drop happens on Difficult but I don't think I've seen a double and a mat so I suppose armors have 2 slots, mat 1, and TH increses each slot ? Maybe they removed one REM's slot to allow for 4 possible slots between mats and armor.

AF items on very difficult are reduced by 1, and TH now affects drop rates on ALL fights. No mention in there of "TH now affects very difficult" like in NA notes.

They are basically tripling the chance at armor or mats. TH will be affecting the number of drop slots and that's why they are removing 1 gimp slot from VD.
They also say TH will work in DM, so considering 3+ mat was nearly 100% from easy DM prior to VU, armor and mat must drop like candy now.
And they sincerely thought it would reduce congestion.

SE's logic : increase the droprates so that people don't do the bc when they don't need.
Player's logic: farm the ***out of the BCs and sell the drop.
what will happen :
people will rush on low man easy BCNM solo or duo with their mule(s) and farm items. Since you still have the upper limit of 3 parties, the price will not decrease that much and people will still spam it for profit. This time instead of profiting off only D and VD, every single tiers has a good chance at dropping millions. Morevoer the mats only drop in pool so this discourages people from 6 manning it.
You are probably better off 3 manning 2 normal BCs with WHM MNK THF than 6 manning one difficult.

These drop rates have only been determined for Difficult, no ones 3boxing difficult, and there have been no records of any drop rates on VE/E.
