Need Some Help

Been playing without any issues before this update happened. After I downloaded it earlier when I try to connect I get a Gray start button and then shortly after error code 2002. Anyone else experiencing this? If it matters, I have 2 ps3's which I am able to log in fine on just having issues on PC.
