The /bell command added in the April version update will be expanded to allow two full octaves, including sharp and flat notes, to be played. From full-scale hand bell orchestras at Vana'dielian weddings to solo performances of your favorite tunes on street corners, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination!

Enhanced Ebisu Fishing Rods!

The ebisu fishing rod, looked upon by many as the mythic weapon of the angler community, is set to be on the receiving end of a potent upgrade. From the July version update onwards, wielders of this mighty king among fishing rods can expect an even bigger haul after a day at their favorite fishing spot.

Curry Favor with Curry Buns!

In response to popular demand from fans at the official 2008 festival event in Japan, it is with great pleasure that we announce "curry buns" as one of the latest additions to the diverse food synthesis menu. Be sure to pack a few in your gobbiebag before you head off on that next big adventure!

Pretty disappointing update lol... I saw the pic and I was like "woo more info!" then I read the info and I'm like "eh, that was gay".

But congrats to anyone that has an Ebisu I guess.

Exactly what I thought lol. I hope they got something in reserve for monday. New bell-tones, an enhancement on ONE item and Curry Buns. I need my meds right now.. brb >.>

Bells are like the dance motions were they are fun from time to time but not really a note worthy update... And how many times do they have something really good that they don't mention prior to the day of the update

I doubt aside from the new past areas/medals that this update will be any good come on stop with the mini expansions and give us a full update

Man, I was just thinking how SE was gonna top themselves after that last update... But Woooweee! Man! I just... Man! I can't say enough to show how unenthusiastic I am about curry buns... oh and that other stuff that I didn't bother to pretend I cared about. NEAT!

Well I'm glad SE is spending their time programming more bell commands into the game instead of fixing other serious problems and complaints that the ffxi community seem to complain about all the time .... .... ...

Unless I'm mistaken, but I seem to read a lot of bitching on these, and other, forums about Dynamis zones being stolen and lack of support with RMT situations from the GMs... I have plenty of things I'd personally love to see implemented into the game.... such as things related to the three land kings, dynamis-tav, synthing, relic modifications beyond a fishing pole, and blah blah QQ blah!

But hey, whateva, it's cool, it's cool. We can always use more bell commands, can't we?

I <3 you SE! You're like a bad, abusive relationship I just can't get out of!

OMG, I can now slap my bell up side the head of an unexpecting person zoneing in from the OP NPC or Explorer Moogle and get a totally different sound than before... SWEET! Thanks SE, I can now die a happy man.

Of all the updates...this has to be the worse one. Unless someone can top this off.
