Enfeeb Magic Skilling?

I've recently been recruited to play RDM again Looking on suggestions on how to skill up Enfeebling magic quickly, currently 350 skill. I appreciate any help.

worms in abyssea or gustav

Go to Cirdas Caverns and find a worm. Use a skill up food and spam dia on it.

I just got Ionis, skill up food, walked out to the mandies by the frontier station and spammed sleep, para, slow, break, ect on it. But worms do sound good too

Around G-8 (if memory serves) in Dho Gates, there are two completely isolated high level worms. Wait until they're positioned such that only one is in casting range but both are in AoE range, and spam Diaga. (Obviously use skillup gear/food/whatever you've got to expedite the process.)

Probably not so relevant now since hardly anyone does VW anymore, but I capped mine by spamming dia during VW to get weakness hints.

Thank you for the suggestions, ended up doing worms in abyssea till 390, Which is when i started only getting .1's w/ food. Then I switched the Void worms in Doh Gates. Currently 420 skill, should cap soon-ish.

I capped on worms in Abyssea - Uleguerand that I leveled up to EM. Make sure to removed all your iLevel gear before checking them. That was my mistake at first.

For 300+ (maybe earlier) there's a group of 3 level 100ish worms in the east side of map 2 of Gustav Tunnel, past the skeletons, that are great for skilling up. They don't aggro and they don't link, keep one silenced and then spam dia 1. Great for when we have double food and/or skill up bonus from Mog tablets.
