Just bought a shark clear from them... was hoping for a dagger, but no luck this run (Squeenix lottery, go!). Got my whirlpool mask though ^.^b
They were all ready when they sent me the /tell when it was my turn, so there was no waiting.... I came on SMN (was geared up for wildskeeper) and just stood around and watched the whole time. Everyone was on point.

that's why better to buy drops ala carte lol.
