It's just annoying. You say something even halfway serious and it gets rated down. Even in an actual discussion. Does anyone argue a counter-point? NO! It's useless. It also seems to hide the "Report?" button, which had disappeared last time I was gonna report something. Luckily Anye was on, a PM got something done.
