How is paying extra to store your care and to have a cat a pro?
Because I'd like a garage of some sort to protect my car from the elements. And girlfriend wants to get a cat, so she can pay monthly for it instead of a lump sum.

i'd be annoyed as hell paying that much for rent. My mortgage is like $450 technically $525 if you wanna be technical and count home owner's dues. But hell yeah free lawn care once a week. ^^
IDK I just can't validate spending that much money on renting. So many foreclosures on the market a few gallons of plaint and $50 in cleaning supplies comes a long way on houses that have been vacant for a few months.
Depends on where you live. He lives in the *** of america if I've not mistaken so meh. Pay over there probably somewhat reflects the lower cost of living. I'm paying 1200 for 5 bed 3 bath in a decent part of a decent sized area right next to a school lol. And that is actually kinda low for around here

The same place here would probably run you about 800-1k at least.
yeah, you won't find anything remotely decent here for less that 600-800 but like dasva said living in the middle of nowhere, its cheap because no one actually wants to live there.
I know alot of homeowners go on how they made a profit on their houses... and then when you go into how much interest they paid on the loan and property taxes they actually spent much more on the house than they sold it for.
But yeah if you only look at the price tag of the house before and after it is almost always a big profit

The point was, that it's a smart investment that could make you money. I think you're still missing what I'm driving at. The horrible economy means its a buyers market for housing. Which means you can get a house for cheap, put a little money in it and make good chunk of change after you sell it.

I got spammed with e-mails from this guy I know and it said "no subject" and I didn't open them because well yeah I thought that would be stupid. BUT When I deleted them, the next message popped up in preview was of course a message from the spam guy. It had a link in it, but of course I just deleted it right away.
I'm just worried now that just by it automatically opening that I may have gotten something on my computer.
I'm not computer savvy at all. Can someone tell me if I should be worried or not.

I have PS CS5 for a class im taking for video game design.
