Organ selling is prohibited by international law, so, as with a lot of black markets, i'd imagine the quality varies

Find a level 40 sync and go Ranguemont pass. Constant Dark/Ice weather there and easy kills, 4 slimes there which repop pretty quickly, have to move between 2 spots using sneak or unsyncing, but thats not a bad price to pay for constant weather, i just finished that trial
