I'm enjoying Starcraft II, but the spam on screen at once can be a little over-whelming if you're not good at micro management.

I'm not great either, I can build relatively fast in the beginning but multitasking is still a problem. I guess we'll just have to play lots >O

Sounds good ^^ I'm not a sore loser in an RTS either, I'm so used to losing I just enjoy playing it even though I'm bad lol.
I'm ok at the start, but once I get a force on the move I find it hard to sort out my economy and keep the force going and then I hear "Mineral field exhausted" and see I have about 23 workers suddenly doing nothing and think 'oh god, oh god, oh god, oh god' lol.
I love co-op matches though :D

Same, I was actually incredibly good at Command and Conquer red alert 2. But after that my brain just couldn't handle RTS games at all. Supreme commander was my main RTS before SCII though. I always forget to macro, Probably a good idea to keep all workers macrod I suppose.
AOE was awesome, I always played the turks :D

people hated me on SUP COM I build a hidden base filled with AA/Turrets and tons of Nuke silos. always left it hidden until they attack. Then im like. How many Anti nuke Things did you built... I bet I have more. MISSILE LAUNCH DETECTED-ED-ED-ED-ED
and my friend is like daaa fuuck dude
I'm pretty bad at RTS games. I'm fine with strategy, but I tend to spend all of whatever the money system is up early in an attempt to just overwhelm my opponent. c.c

when the game gets going im usually lined up in monez but im slow in building troops at the very very start of the game
but I do tend to Turtle up with like some crappy defenses

hehehe, I tell you what one of my best moments on Sup com was... It was a little event we called CZAR FEST! There were 6 of us RL friends who played pretty often, so we did 3v3's a lot, and then used Vent to do strats etc.
We all played Aeon and sent about 30 Czar's into the enemy bases, they were killing them really fast with air superiorities, but the damage they were doing when they landed was just phenomenal.
This is a video I recorded with our 2v2, it all went wrong lol.
And the lag one of my mates was getting was causing all of it to lag :/

Only RTSs I've played were cheap internet ones, so one as complex as Starcraft would be a kick in the nuts. I'll pass and keep looking for good RPGs
I hate RTSs because I have pretty serious video-game-based OCD. I spent half an hour building a fortress, then if someone comes in and destroys a house, I *** ragequit.

All my buildings need to be symmetrical and what not :/
Or at least I try to make them that way
