First off goto emulation settings and try these.. or even higher.. if you haven't already:
I've been messing with the settings for a while now, tried a few different Graphic plugins too, and it all runs at like 20 FPS or less.
It's not like my computer can't run these games, I can run new Xbox360/PS3-esque games at 60 FPS, so that's not the problem. Trying a few things now but I did already try the speedhacks.

Though your PC has the capacity to play the games nearly flawlessly, the thing is you're essentially tricking your PC into thinking it's a different piece of hardware to run these games. I remember needing a comp with really good specs to pull off playing N64 emulation without tons of bugs/lag.
