Well there could be something else on that gear. For example other than a few peices of ra/ex stuff that I don't have thf gets crap for ws gear on feet. So I ws in homam since 6acc isn't too bad.
Some people might not want to lose hp/mp. My blu is spellcasted not to switch out more than a few peices based on mp for ws and spells.
Assuming it is only haste being lost by switching I can only think of 3 valid reasons.
1: The time it would take to switch would cause you to lose more dmg then you would gain. This is only likely to happen in high haste situations or medium ones for people for people using ig maccros. (ie the time it takes to hit all those macros and ws and be back in ws gear you will preform another hit either not in haste gear affecting how long it takes to get your next hit or before you ws effectively wasting that tp)
2: Sorta similar to part of the first. You are using ig maccros don't really feel like making 2 maccros to just switch gear probably another to ws since with all that smashing and lag if you don't decent chance something wont go off and wait timers take too long then switching back with 2 more maccros. Especailly if you use different ws that have different gear sets.
3: That slot doesn't have much (or anything) that will benefit that ws to begin with and you just didn't feel like getting it for that +2 dmg or something.

Celene(F) and Rowland(M) are more of the shyer members, but often say things that are witty, have a good pun and sometimes cause three page discussions. Celene hates when people hit on her. It doesn't stop them from trying.
Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
