You can be on record without receiving a warning. I've heard of some people the first time a GM contacts them and they tell them they already have 2-3 marks on there record but that it didn't warrant enough to actually give the person a warning. But it's still there waiting. They do look for trends and stuff. So like they would take a harrassment claim more seriously if there already are some then if there wasn't any etc. Generally though it is for related stuff I think

last joke: I hate those e-mails where they try to sell you penis enhancers. I got ten just the other day. Eight of them from my girlfriend. It's the two from my mum that really hurt.
