In the space of a minute using the two bows you can fire practically twenty more arrows than you can on Cerb bow, and 2 base dmg won't add enough extra damage to attacks to compenstate for that, even more so with buffs (minuets, etc) If you can't afford a Eurytos and can't be bothered to camp Vali's it's probably the next best alternative imo. I'd like to see you fire 20 more shots in 1 min... Anyways you cant really count buffs since they both get them. But fine lets do the 1 min thing. 110 ranged delay makes 1 sec. Lets say were using Kabura/demon arrows which have a delay of 90. Ebow is 490 cerb+1 is 582... so combine with arrows that will be 580 and 672. Or 5.27 sec 6.11 sec or 3.95 and 4.58 with snapshot/velocity. So that would be 15.18 and 13.1 shots a min . So really more like 2.07 shots more a min.
As far as ws dmg well there ratt is effectively the same so lets just figure the fstr2 base dmg stat mods. Sidewider will be (basedmg +fstr2( at decent dints 2str will be 1 fstr) + 16% str and +25% ag)
So 71+ 3*50%+ 3*16% + 3*25%= 73.73 (Assuming you haven't hit fstr2 caps which should be around 127ish for greater lolbri ebow would be more like 72.23)
vs 73 +4*25%= 74.
So cerb+1 even without augments would win on ws if not by much. .3% or 2.5%... well a little lower since your str and agi would be higher.
Now on actual ranged dmg it would look the same except just fstr2 and base dmg. So Ebow would be 72.5 and cerb+1 still be 73 about .6% dmg increase.
Now Ebow would give 14.8 tp per hit with that arrow and cerb+1 is 15.5 which depending on store tp could make the difference between how many hits to ws. Now to get a 5 hit assuming /sam you will need 14 more store tp with cerb while Ebow requires 21 more. Assuming your not doing something silly like tping in cobra gear lol 14 even 15 is easy to get while 21 is a bit harder.
So chances are cerb bow will ws more often than an Ebow. So 4 shots then sidewinder vs 5 and sidewinder even if ebow is getting those 5 off in 19.75sec cerb will get those 4 off in 18.32 sec allowing for more frequent wsing!!! Approximately well hard to tell with the delay from being able to ws but ignoring that you will get off 1 more sidewinder ever 256sec.
In that 256 sec you should've shot off 8.5ish more shots. So is 8-9 more shots worth 1 sidewinder? Especially when you consider those sidewinders are doing more than the Ebows? And what if you are ballsy enough to augment it and get something good?
As far as the fey bow goes supposedly you can get it with -10% delay which would make it slightly faster than ebow And you can get similar str/ratt on it or even up to +5% ws dmg. So really... and even without the -delay depending on the amount a little more delay might actually be better based on how often you can ws

That's...really low lol, through lvling I avg well over 700, show me ur WS set cuz I mean I have 8/8 Gkt but thats only like 14 Atk and atk doesn't mean much to Gkt WS.

At this point I'm ignoring it since the math is horrible off. 1 Your trying to say the shoot rate is a 5/3 ratio or 1.66 longer to fire cerb which just looking at those delays 1.19... which gets even slightly smaller with arrows. Look at the full math I did it is barely over 2 shots more a min even with velocity and full snapshot merits.

Just so you know, the delay of arrow doesn't effect how long an arrow takes to fire at all. It only affects how quickly you can shoot another arrow. If you were directly comparing two bows you'd use the same ammunition to keep the comparison fair, so arrows make no difference.
The only thing that increases the speed of firing is Snapshot, Rapid Shot or the delay of the bow.

They don't increase delay, the delay of the arrows are the only things that modify how long until you can shoot again. 90 delay on Demon Arrow on Vali's is the same as 90 delay on Cerb bow, just under a second iirc. It doesn't increase the delay of the bows by a %.
