We had some fun on conan. I was fighting with flav half the weekend. Some guys raided the ***out of us, made us all grouchy. re-fortified. I got a giant fish to mount over my bed. fun game all and all. ze tribe is up to 5 peps, idk how many is cap or what. stupid servers are all full, no one ever launches with enough room. good times.
Mother's day was a smashing success. The children behaved themselves all day, I ran around town like flower santa all morning, and the wife fell asleep happily earlier than she normally would.
now back to stupid work..... UNLESS!

my weekend was all good... my wife and I performed our godparent duties flawlessly at the christening of our new god son who latched on to me like a baby monkey and we had a great time. I think his first word is going to be my name....
had a rather nice bit of rye whiskey /tasting noises
mothers day went off without a hitch...I bought my wife a cute purse... nice italian dinner
little hungover and my arms feel like I wrestled alligators all weekend my baby holding muscles are out of shape apparently

now way brother (to the monster bit). hanging on to something you're not into will do more damage to everyone in the long term. it definitely sucks in the moment, but in a year all parties will be better off. you're making the right moves whether it feels like it or not. sorry to hear, not much fun. trust your gut.

it's important that both sides see benefits in any negotiation. try to think of it from his/her standpoint. if they have several units available maybe they have a less desirable unit (ground floor or something) that's harder for them to rent that you might consider

I'm thinking odds are in my favor and should be able to at least knock a bit off the price but I also don't want to overstep my boundaries, thinking if I start lower in my requests I can get up to the middle ground that I actually want too.

I've crunched the numbers and I would like to offer $ a month for 36 months on a three year lease.
you want to come at them with what you are willing to pay to sign today. if you start low like you are haggling for a car or something they may suspect you can't afford it and they aren't running a charity.
don't give them any details about your personal situation it's strictly business if you give me X I'll give you Y
again there has to be something in it for them or they will just wait a while longer for the next guy.
