I think above all I just want time stability. It's so hard to do stuff or enjoy my own time when I can't be sure what kind of schedule I'm going to have each week, on top of no company ever actually scheduling as they inform me initially meaning I don't get that fancy two week notice of a schedule, I'm lucky if I know the next week's schedule by the middle of the week.

one day we had to do massive Overtime, finish a project. coworker was pissed he had to stay, grumbling, being a douche and whining about our boss at the time.
we had to apply the decals, and asides from being a little kid he was on the pone texting.
"how about you *** shut up about how you dont like our boss, put the *** phone away and *** get to work so we can get the *** away from here"
he made a huge deal about it, he wanted to punch me in the face. his mouth didnt stop but he atleast worked it. lol

same thing happened to me once, so I said, 'why don't you just get the *** out of here?' and this idiot seriously got a big smile on his face, said "really?!?! thanks!" and left. like I was just being a nice guy and letting him go home for the day.... yeah... no. This dude was so god damned stupid that he was genuinely surprised in the morning that we didn't want him on the jobsite and he was to go report to the office. bad times. It was the dead of january, no heat in the building, pitch black...

sounds like a good direction to go in regards to treatments / cures for ailments, if you can just swap in synthetic cell structures for the ones that aren't preforming. Although, I may have missed the point entirely, as our innards have always creeped me out in a childish way.

almost gave up on BR. only had other 2 savefiles, one was after a wrong choice and perma-death an unit. other one was at chapter 9...
main save file was at ch 19, sorta lucky I found a Battle-save just at the very end of Ch 14. so It aint TOO bad (?)
then again I did loose a lot of unit and child bond progress I did in between.
/grumble.
