did some nice filet mignon last time...I was thinking about ribeyes but I think I should do pork it's a little bit lighter and Speedo season is right around the corner

i'm not big on pork chops unless it's bone in, thick cut and grilled. a lil char when you sear it. so, i'm sure you'll enjoy.
i like to do fillets. i'll always cook one myself before buying one out. i just usually have to butterfly them, because they are always cut so thick. hard to hit a good medium rare when you have to cook it that long..

Nice thick pork chop thrown over a roaring hot grill. Now it needs to stop raining so I can grill. >:(

yeeeaaaah. i really wanna give my car a proper wash, but it's constantly overcast and sprinkling when i have a day off. i just need two good days of sun to recharge this weekend. hopefully lots of rum, lots of bloody steak, something to smoke, and call someone over to share it with me.

Well I was going to get the old grill through a summer at the new place and buy a new one next year, but this one fell (that is, got blown over and banged up by insane winds) a few times over the past five years and the charcoal tray is sort of busted up and it's on its last legs so I'm going to replace it as soon as we get a few days of good weather, because I don't want to assemble a grill just to cover it and not use it after I'm done. ._.;.
