slow day, but i'm kinda sad. gonna cut my hair today. goodbye my friend ; ;

Caitsith.Zahrah said: » Have you or your wife gone to one yet? nope, sorry. some of ours are on public TV and I went through a macabre phase where I watched them. Nothing of interest happening here in Germany.
Obama's visit flew by with barely any attention, not like he said anything new to write about. Only news I saw which was interestng to me: ISIS opened helpdesks about marriage problems to not loose the females who married IS-Fighters. Oh and most important: My PSP has risen from the dead. (leaving me frustrated because I am now stuck in the game I wanted to play) What game is that?
Bismarck.Leneth said: » Nothing of interest happening here in Germany. pretty similar here in silly *** amerika. Bismarck.Dracondria said: » What game is that? Since the Author of the LN wrote a lot for this game I was interested. I could just look up the correct combinations but I rather overcome the frustration on my own. It's not difficult at all, it just takes time to go through the thousand of combinations. Anyone have a suggestion of a mobile game that's not full of irritating microtransactions to get anywhere that doesn't take a dedicated hour to figure out how to play?

Didn't think think the series was old enough to be on PSP Bismarck.Leneth said: » Ramyrez said: » Anyone have a suggestion of a mobile game that's not full of irritating microtransactions to get anywhere that doesn't take a dedicated hour to figure out how to play? I want something I can just pickup and play that's not too involved but that isn't pay-to-play nonsense. I've been playing Fallout Shelter quite a bit, if that's any sort of reference. Or you could settle for quiz and puzzle games. Even with the various playoffs and pre-election procedures going on? Bismarck.Leneth said: » Or you could settle for quiz and puzzle games. Meh. Yeah. Mobile games are really not designed with classic gamers in mind. I have no problem with one-time costs for playing, the problem with a lot of ports though is they're hard to control via the touch designs. Bismarck.Leneth said: » Even with the various playoffs and pre-election procedures going on? I'm not interested in basketball, nor hockey. Sanders beating clinton would be sweet, but idk if it's going to happen or not, Trump appears to me to have his side clinched, so that's all pretty dull. I play ff5 on my phone ramy. Yeah I think I'm going to end up nabbing one of the FF ports I guess and see how it goes. At least they're games I know and just have to fumble with touch controls. I really wanted to like FFRK but...eh. It's just not that great imo. Bismarck.Leneth said: » The PSP survived longer in Japan than here, this one is the second PSP game actually. The reason is probably simple, I know no one here who bought the discs, everyone just pirated. I liked the PSP way more than the DS*, personally. I used mine a ton over the years. I actually lost my charger a while back to boot, and it's sort of been irritating. Need to get that replaced. I have the old PSP-1001. Thing's a workhorse. *Not that I don't love my DS too, and it's easily the highest-quality handheld I've had. It's endured, man. The PSP keeps ticking, but my DS' battery life is as good as the day it was new. Ramyrez said: » Anyone have a suggestion of a mobile game that's not full of irritating microtransactions to get anywhere that doesn't take a dedicated hour to figure out how to play? while there is micro transactions for currency, you also get a steady flow of gems via quests and other actives. that said, it is still an energy game. Bismarck.Misao said: » kinda liked Final Fable while there is micro transactions for currency, you also get a steady flow of gems via quests and other actives. that said, it is still an energy game. That's fine. Thanks, I'll look into it. I don't mind the "energy-based" games as long as they're reasonable. Most of the puzzle games do fine, for instance. But I've played a few where it's like..."Oh, you played for five minutes. Now you pay us our wait six hours." Those are rough. There was one neat one that actually factored in your geographical location by interfacing with Google Maps and turning local businesses/attractions around you into in-game dungeons. But the energy turnover on it was ridiculous. I haven't dicked around on a handheld since middle school.
psp's are cool cause you can hack it and play any old ps1 game. well... most ps1 games.
Got a small paycheck yesterday from last week so I went and bought the Clint Eastwood collection. Watched Fisful of Dollars and For a Few More Dollars last night. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly later.
i was so happy my coffee and red vines came, that i went straight from the shower to my front porch. thankfully no neighbors saw me do a quick happy dance in my towel.

If neighbors didn't see it, it wasn't nearly as epic as it could have been. sounds like someone is criminally underrating my towel dance moves.

I'm probably like, literally the only person, but I really don't like hacking my phones/systems. I just don't have that kind of dedication to dicking around with electronics anymore. I build things with wood and metal now. Not to sound old, but it's just more rewarding of a feeling. I only have one of those cards for my DS, never bothered with my PSP

But the mere act of being observed makes it that much more epic. Ramyrez said: » I'm probably like, literally the only person, but I really don't like hacking my phones/systems. This guy is with ya.
