It's all fun and games until the roof caves in.

You can't say it doesn't make some degree of sense, though. "If it's so great, why are you getting rid of it at this price? How has it been up for sale this long without being bought? What's your angle, bubba?" Ramyrez said: » Anna Ruthven said: » Also, crazy has this tendency to think if he's getting a good deal, he's being screwed. How has it been up for sale this long without being bought? What's your angle, bubba?" Reminds me of when I was working in Texas, making good money. There was a 1970 Ford F-100 on Craigslist, I watched the price go down over several weeks. It finally hit $7k and a classic car lot bought it before I could get back in town. It was nice. Black exterior with red interior which I love. (Black on red 66 GTO? Oh yes.) and only wheels/tires, speakers in the floor, and a cheap aftermarket steering wheel would have to be replaced to un-bubbafy it. I like a big, original steering wheel with a chrome horn ring. I think it also had A/C. Okay, yeah, I mean. Even I'm not that bad.
I'll gladly benefit from someone else's tough situation when it's clear that's what's going on. I guess I'm just a monster and expect everyone else to be too! <_<; Man, I could've done some nice stuff to that F-100. Move the speakers to the headliner, put an original steering wheel back on it to replace the $25 knock-off Grant look-alike, and put some 15" tires on slot mags on it. Love those on trucks.
I had two main requirements; had to have either a 302, 360, or 390 and had to have a long bed. Yep, not a car buff.

Though I admit that if I get another truck after my Colorado (it will probably be a GMC Canyon or Sierra, as I've come to prefer the GMC trucks to their Chevy counterparts even though they're obviously very, very similar), it's probably going to be an extended cab of some sort. As much as I prefer my regular no-rear-seat cab, I really could use just that little bit of extra space that isn't the bed. In a section of the warehouse, there are metal poles with data and power lines in them. They are not load bearing by any means, but they are fastened to both the floor and one of the cross beams. These normally straight poles are bending very noticeably. As in full on curved. I believe it's gotten worse since this morning with some of the snow melting. On the plus side, it's nowhere near my office. I was half watching some "drugs inc" show and the narrator was saying something about rising crime in phoenix due to cartel narco traffickers...
and I was all...heh heh heh... that's exactly what THE STARK RAVING JELLY MAD PROFESSOR MAGNUSS WANTS YOU TO THINK!!!! <insert sinister pipe organ music here> PARKER Edit: YouTube Video Placeholder

I'm pretty sure that there's a special place in hell for people who make chipmunk remixes. Probably between the Nazis and the Klan members.

You want to talk about gratingly annoying to the point of snatching up a tablet. That ***... /sips coffee
do you ever feel like you are sitting in the eye of a hurricane? it's suddenly calm and for a brief moment in time everyone has stopped demanding things of you... but you still feel an immense pressure all around you... foreboding...I suppose... would be the best way to describe it... but... it's not fear or unease. I have been here enough times that I know the back side of the hurricane is worse than the front and when it passes another hurricane will be along shortly... it's like a little moment of relaxation before you brace yourself for the next blast... a heavy sigh... a long drink of coffee before you hit the refresh on your mail page
