I think he's going to end up booted out again, and I think Mil and Kara's stand for both when Mosin basically said "NO, neither, never!" when we cast for Fonewear's reinstatement.

The topic ban is not getting reversed. It's there for a reason, and it's not a vote as to whether or not it goes away. He probably shouldn't read it if it's just going to cause problems, and people shouldn't be talking about him in places he can't respond (like I'm doing now!).
If someone really wants to make a case why he should be back in here, PM me/the mods or drag it to the moderation thread, since that's what it's for.
