Can't blame you for wanting that but that you seem to think that it should or will be that way... Jobs can suck... people can suck... it youre really looking for a shoulder to cry on and not actual responses/advice/*** then I'd probably not post in any general forum and stick to people who you know will give you that response.
My main issue with you concerning this has been that its been a *** fest since quite literally day one.

it's the same phenomena that gets people into gangs. children have a powerful urge to belong. in healthy people this urge is met unconsciously by their family. some people's parents don't give a *** about what they are doing or about their children at all, leaving the kids to fill the hole on their own, some indulge in substances, some cling to groups out in the world, & I'm sure there are even some that press on with life & end up quasi-normal (whatever that is)
