my boss fired me when i got to work. my direct supervisor wasn't in on thursday when i called out. i left her a message explaining i had a really bad flu and that the doctor suggested i not work til monday since i was contagious and needed to rest. apparently, that doesn't count for friday. they said i missed too many days and that i just didn't show up on friday without calling. i said, "i'm on two inhalers cause this was so bad it was closing my throat and lungs. i have a note from my doctor and i called you.". they said, "that's fine, but security wasn't supposed to let you in.".

oh yea, i didn't even get to talk about it. i hadn't missed many days. i think i missed like six days the last seven months since i moved into this position. three of them were from doctor visits and three were from bad migraines that i wouldn't drive to work with.
i've already sent off some resumes and i'll probably open up some accounts with aflac if i need to. i guess i could go back to selling insurance full time.
not to sound all mopey, but it really couldn't of come at a worse time. just spent all kinds of money at the dr, dentist, and i have car insurance coming up. might have to live off ramen noodles and grilled cheese for a month @.@; i have enough for 3 months of rent, utilities, and car payment, but... rawr.
